Christmas Trees: Finland X Reader

// Just a little story I wanted to put up during the holidays :D I know everyone is probably putting up Finland stories but bear with me yooooo.

You were holding hands with your husband, smiling brightly as the two of you looked for the perfect Christmas tree. You two were newlyweds and this was going to be your first Christmas together as husband and wife. You both wanted this to be special.

You were looking at a nice little pine tree when your husband, Tino, gasped in awe. You were confused and looked over to where he was looking and saw the perfect tree for your house. You two quickly bought it and rushed back home, wanting to put it up and decorate it right away.

Tino put up the tree, ignoring all of the pine needles littering the floor as you went down into your basement to get the ornaments and lights for the tree. You brought the ornaments upstairs and the both of you got to decorating the tree, putting up some lights and garland on it before adding the ornaments. The tree was so big both of you had to use a ladder to get higher up on the tree.

The last thing that needed to be put up was the star on top of the tree. you smiled as you got up into the ladder, Tino handing you the star. You put it on top and once you got off of the ladder, Tino plugged in the lights so the two of you could see the tree in it's beautiful glory.

You snuggled against him, feeling his arm wrap around your shoulder as the two of you looked at the tree. You looked up at Tino, remembering something you wanted to ask him.
"Oh Tino! You never gave me your Christmas list yet!" You proclaimed, a bit worried since you didn't know what to get him.

He just smiled and kissed the top of your forehead, chuckling softly at the worried expression on your face.
"I already have everything I want. But, if you do want to get me something, we should just sit down one day and drink some champaign. We're always so busy so it'd be nice to take a break." He replied, keeping you close to himself.

You giggled and kissed him sweetly.
"I think that sounds wonderful, Tino. I guess I could give you your present now, then~" You mused out, gently holding his hand and bringing him into the dining room before grabbing a bottle of champaign and two champaign glasses.

The both of you had just a little too much drinks, feeling a bit tipsy. You laughed as Tino picked you up into his arms, bringing you into your bedroom and gently laying you down on your bed, climbing ontop of you.

You blushed and kissed the tip of his nose, a giant smile on your face as you felt his hands roam your body.

"Merry Christmas, _____"
