Don't let me go

I woke up to Dom's phone ringing. I looked at the clock and saw it was about 6:30 am. I noced it was the school. I answered the phone and it was a woman.

"Hello is this erm, Dominic Harrison?" She asked.

"No, it isn't. It's actually Y/n Y/l/n. Can I help you?" I asked.

"Yes, well, this is vice principal Smith, miss you haven't been to school in a few days and we wanted to make sure you were doing fine." she said

"Oh, yeah, I forgot haha. I had a small family issue I had to tend to, but I will be back, erm, tomorrow. Also, the school bus was blocked off by a car accident. " I said.

"That sounds great and that day was excused. Also, I have seen you around with Dominic? I was wondering if you knew where he was as well." She said. 

"Yeah, actually, he's my boyfriend miss. He was with me the entire time." I said

"Alrighty then I guess I'll talk to you tomorrow?" She asked.

"Definitely." I said as I hung up the phone.

"Who were you on the phone with?" Dom said in his sexy morning voice as he stretched his arms out.

"The vice Principal." I said.

"Oh shit, I forgot we had school." He said wide eyed as he hopped out of bed into his closet.

"Dom, Its Sunday, we don't have school." I giggled.

"Thank god" he said throwing the shirt he just grabbed back into the closet, and jumped back into bed with me.

My phone started ringing again and saw a number I didn't recognize. I answered the phone once again and put it on speakerphone. I felt Dom scoot closer to me. He put his arm around me and leaned his head on mine.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

"Hello Miss Y/n I presume?" the man on the other end said.

"Yea." I said

"So, about yesterday." He said, pausing for a second.

"Josh got out of his holding cell he was staying in." he sighed.

"Well fuck." I said.

"Yeah." He continued

"We think we might know where he is though. We will have police officers on the premises at all times until he is found." he said.

"Well that's good." Dom interrupted.

"Excuse me sir, who are you?" he asked.

"Oh, erm, I'm Y/n's boyfriend." Dom answered.

"Oh. I'm John by the way. I work at the police station. I met Y/n yesterday." John explained.

"I'm Dominic, nice to meet you sir." Dom said

"Well I best let you guys go, I have to finish some paperwork. Have a nice day." John said.

"Bye" Dom and I both said in sync.

I hung up the phone and got up off the bed. I walked into the closet and got dressed into a pink jumper and black ripped jeans. 

"What are you doing?" Dom asked as I was putting up my hair.

"I'm hungry and I decided to go get something to eat." I shrugged

"Great. I'm starving as well so I'm just going to go with you." Dom said as he jumped up into his closet and put on an outfit similar to mine.

"Me and you will be twinning today." Dom said with a grin.

"Why is that?" I asked

"Because I said so." he said as he walked downstairs to grab his keys and started the car.                

Dom asked me to check his phone and saw I had seen he had gotten a message. I put in my fingerprint and noticed who it was from.

Unknown: Hey, you down to meet tonight. Don't bring you're boyfriend. Just you and me.

Y/n: What do you want Josh?

Josh: I just want to talk. 

Y/n: Can't we just talk on here?

Josh: I want to talk face to face.

Y/n: I don't.

Josh: If you don't meet me, something will happen to your new 'boy toy'.

Y/n: Fuck off. You couldn't hurt Dom even if you tried.

Josh: Wanna bet?

Y/n: Whatever. Where do you want to meet and when.

Josh: That sounds more like it. I would like to meet tonight at 8:30. Don't be late.

Y/n: Where?

Josh: How about... The alley between The Pub and that weird seafood restaurant?

Y/n: Whatever. But remember, I'm not going home with you.

Josh: Okay okay I get it.

Y/n: Goodbye.

Josh: Bye. See you tonight.

I put my phone in my back pocket and started down the stairs where Dom was waiting to leave.

"What took ya so long love?" Dom asked. Curiosity filled his eyes.

"Nothing" I replied with a smile.

"All good, yeah?" He asked.

"Never better" I said.

I lied though. I was nervous about seeing Josh tonight. What would I tell Dom. How would I tell him? Should I just lie? I'll figure it out later, right now, I'm still starving.

"Okay let's go" Dom smiled as he about ran out the door.

I ran after him and got in the passenger seat of his black Range Rover as he got into the drivers side.

I had never been in his car and was frankly amazed that he even had one.

"Holy Christ." I said, wide eyed.

"Oh yeah, I forgot I never drove you anywhere. We've always walked." Dom laughed.

"Alright then, let's go man I'm fucking starving" I said.

Dom drove into a part of town I had never seen before. We passed a couple  buildings before Dom turned into a Chinese restaurant called PeKing Chinese Restaurant.

"Chinese is mah favorite. I hope ya don't mind." Dom smiled.

"Of course not. Chinese is my favorite as well." I laughed.

We walked into the restaurant, ordered, and finished eating. I payed the bill (because Dom pays for too much anyways) and we headed back out to the car.

"Are you sure you're ok love? Ya seem pretty quiet today?" Dom said for the millionth time that day.

"Dom, I'm perfectly fine. Just have a little migraine that's all." I smiled.

We drove out of the parking lot and back home.

Dom and I layed down for awhile on the couch and before I knew it, Dom was asleep.

I nervously checked the time.

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't been posting much at all. I've been busy with school and shit. It actually sucks. I've been having writer's block as well and it's just like what the fuck ya know? Anyways I hope you guys are enjoying the story so far! Have an amazing night/day/afternoon/morning
