It's been two days since your fight with Hunter and Harry's argument with Abby. After you left your brother, you completely broke down once you were back in the hotel room. You let out all the hurt and angry tears while Harry held you in his arms. He was pissed that this had become a big issue and was also interfering with your life and family.

You had stayed in another hotel room that first time that Harry had Jackson after the fight, but Harry was determined to not have to put you out of your own room any longer. Especially, since Jackson was upset with not seeing you and Ella.

Harry had called his mother and told her about what happened. While she understood Abby's feelings about everything, she also knew that it was being blown completely out of proportion and told Harry to consider speaking to his lawyer about the situation.

Harry had talked to you about the idea of getting a lawyer involved and at first you didn't like it because you knew from personal experience that it could cause more harm than good. Harry agreed, but also said that it couldn't hurt anything to just talk to him about what was going on and if he would have a case, if things were to get worse between him and Abby.

A phone conference was set up with his lawyer, once Ella was put down for her nap and the two of you sat at the table in your room.

"Harry, how have you been?" His lawyer asks from the other line.

"I've been okay, but could be better." Harry sighs.

You sigh sadly wrapping your arm around his and lacing your hand with his.

"So, why don't you tell me what's been going on." The lawyer says.

"Well, I guess in a way this has been going on for a while, where the mother of my child is constantly using him to get what she wants. She'll deny me time with him if she doesn't like what I'm doing or who I'm with. And honestly, I would understand her doing that, if I was doing something wrong, but I'm not. " Harry says.

"Okay, so did something happen recently for you to be bringing this to me now?" He asks.

"Um, a few weeks ago, my girlfriend took some pictures for a magazine that she was doing an interview for and some of the pictures involved her daughter and Jackson and somehow Abby found out about it prior to us being able to tell her and she just flipped the fuck out. She came into our room and started yelling and calling Y/N a bitch. She also then said that she didn't want Jackson to be around Y/N and that if Y/N was going to be around him, then she wouldn't let Jackson spend time with me." Harry says.

"Wow, it seems like she's had some built up issues that sort of just blew up now with the pictures. Now, did she have a problem with the pictures themselves or what?" He asks.

"When Jackson was first born, we both agreed that we would keep him out of the public eye as much as possible. It was easier to do that when he was a baby because you know, we could cover the stroller or the car seat, etc. But now that he's older, I really don't worry about it as much. I mean I post pictures of him on social media, she does as well. The pictures for the magazine, I didn't have a problem with and Y/N made sure to ask me before we even let Jackson take the photos." Harry says.

"Okay, I know in your first message you sent me, you weren't looking for a case or anything, but honestly I do believe that you have a case here, Harry." He says. "You and Abby have a 50/50 custodial agreement, which means you have to have him at least 50% of the time and if she withholds that from you, without good reason or filing a proper complaint, she's breaking the law." He says.

"So, what you're saying is, if Harry wanted to take her to court over this, he could?" You ask.

"Yes, he could. The best advice that I can give you is to try and work this out outside of the courthouse because if you were to take this to court, there is a chance that the judge would grant you sole custody because it doesn't look good on her account for keeping your son away from you." He says.
