Harry didn't have time to process what was happening when two police officers came running through the front door.

"Who are you?" They demanded.

"I'm Harry Styles... Ella is my daughter." He says nervously.

"Sir, you need to come with us. Please hand the girl to my partner." He says.

"No!" Ella cries gripping onto Harry's shirt.

"Please, she's scared. I'll do whatever you want, but let me hold my daughter." Harry pleads.

The officer's sigh. "Okay, but stay where we can see you and don't try anything stupid." He says.

"Yes sir." Harry nods.

Harry walks in between the two officers over to their car, when he sees Simon in handcuffs in the backseat of another cop car. Harry had no idea what was going on until he heard someone shout his name. He looked up and saw hunter and Abby rushing over.

"You know him?" The officer asks Hunter.

"Yes, that's Ella's Dad.. my sister's fiance." Hunter says.

"Wait.. I thought the man we arrested was her father." The officer says.

"Technically he is. He's her biological father, while Harry is her "step" father, but he's more in her life than Simon ever has been." Hunter says.

"Will someone please tell me what's going on?" Harry says.

"I went to the hospital and found out that Simon took Ella, I've been meeting with a lawyer all day and then my parents came in to town and my father arranged for the police to come arrest Simon for kidnapping." Hunter says.

"That's not all he's done." Harry mumbles. "I found pictures of Y/N and Ella from a while ago. There's hundreds of them and a few of all of us. I think he's been stalking my family."

"We'll be investigating him and we'll find out for sure." The officer says. "But I do need to ask you some questions would you mind coming down to the precinct?"

"I uh.. I guess, but it's been a long few days for my daughter, I just want to take her to see her mother." He says.

"I know sir and we'll try to make this as quick as possible but I need to ask you a few questions about why you were here and what you saw." He says.

"It's okay, we'll take Ella with us and meet you at the hospital." Abby speaks up.

Harry sighs, but nods anyway. Abby takes Ella from Harry as she sniffles and Harry follows the officer to his car and they head to the precinct.

Harry was sitting in an interrogation room drinking some tea when an officer walks in with a notepad.

"Okay, I know that you have somewhere to be, so I'll try to make this quick. But first I need to know your relationship with Simon." He says.

"Simon is my fiancé's ex and the biological father to my daughter Ella." Harry says.

"Would you say that you two get along?" He asks.

"We don't really speak, but on the occasions that we have, no we don't get along. Mostly because of how he's treated Y/N and Ella." Harry says.

"And how is that?" He asks.

"He cheated on Y/N and left her when she found out she was pregnant. He hasn't been in Ella's life and he only tried to be when I got in the picture, but even then he doesn't really care." He sighs.
