The first person Sabo saw when he awoke from his damaged state after being shot at by a celestial dragon was you. Did he remember anything? Nope, not even his name. It pained you to see the boy in such a state. Both of you being 10 and all, it made you hate those stupid dragons even more for shooting at a literal child. Your blood was boiling.

Everyone discussed what they should do with him, Ivankov even suggested bring him back home. That was when the blond boy spoke up. He may not have remembered anything, but he knew for a fact that he did not want to return home.

There was silence for a bit, until Dragon spoke, "(Y/n), I want you to stay with him for the time being."

"H-huh? Me?" You asked, the order from your leader catching you off guard.

"Is there anyone else here named (Y/n)?" He asked with a bit of sass.

"I don't know, maybe- yes sir." You corrected yourself before he heard. Sure you felt bad, but you didn't wanna be stuck babysitting some kid with extremely bad luck.

You sighed as everyone went back to what they were previously doing as we set sail to head back to Baltigo, "Sorry." You heard Sabo say softly as you sat on the stool next to his bed.

"Why are you apologizing?" You asked him, genuinely confused.

"I know you probably don't want to be stuck looking after me." He said.

"Nah it's fine. Plus it's not your fault, so I'm not holding it against you," You giggled, "This is technically my training anyways." You mentioned.

"Babysitting?"

You laughed, "No! I want to be a doctor. Help the dumb people that hurt themselves all the time." You stood up from the stool you were sitting on, "And from the looks of it, I can tell you're gonna be in the infirmary a lot. I'm gonna go get you an ice pack, it seems you have a concussion." You told him as you walked away.

~2 Years Later~

Once again, Sabo was back in the infirmary with you bandaging him up, "I swear it's like you come in here 3 times a day." You laughed as you wrapped a gauze around his arm.

"And every time I come you bring what you told me when we first met." He puffed out his cheeks in annoyance.

"Gotta brag about being right somehow." You smiled at him and a light shade of red dusted his cheeks.

Over the past two years, you and Sabo have gotten a lot closer. Mostly because he's constantly in the infirmary because of stupid mistakes. You didn't mind it though, you liked teasing him.

After a few minutes of you putting bandages on Sabo, Koala poked her head in, "Hey, (Y/n)! Is Sabo okay?" A question you're oh so fond of.

"Yes, he's fine. Just cuts and bruises as always," You giggled, "I'm almost done though just a few more minutes." You told her and she nodded and left.

"Hey, (Y/n)." The blond called out to you.

"Hmm?"

There was a few seconds of silence, which worried you so you paused your actions, "....Let's make a pact."

You tilted your head and stood in front of him, "What kind of pact? A blood pact?"

He laughed, "No, no. Like a um..." He fidgeted with his fingers, "A marriage pact."

Now you were even more confused, "A marriage pact? What's that?"

He sighed, "I swear I forget we're both 12 sometimes." He mumbled, "A uh- a marriage pact is basically like if two people that a friends are still single by a certain age they have to...date or...marry each other." Sabo couldn't even look you in the face when he told you. His face was so red that you could confuse it with a tomato.
