Teach Me How to Love

"(Y/n), there's someone I want you to meet." Nami said to you while you both were eating.

"If it's another one of your guy friends, I'm not interested." You told her bluntly.

"Oh come on! Lighten up, please? He's a good guy!" She tried to persuade you and you only shook your head.

"I doubt it. All men are a waste of time and space. Not interested." You said again.

Nami groaned out in frustration, "What is your deal with men?" She asked you.

You shrugged, "I have my reasons and I don't want to waist my time on them. They think with their dicks almost all the time and never mean what they say and I'm just tired of dealing with them." You admitted with a huff.

"Well, I can promise you this guy isn't like that at all." She said and she grabbed your hands, "Can you please just come meet him? You're the only one that's not in a relationship out the whole group and we don't want you to be the odd one out." She pleaded.

"Who said I had a problem with being the "odd one out"?" You  asked, which resulted in another sigh from your orange haired friend.

"Look, (Y/n) if it doesn't work out this time, I'll stop introducing you to my guy friends and leave you alone about for good. How does that sound?"

You sat in silence as you thought about it, "...Fine..." You gave in and she cheered.

"Yay! Meet me at me and Vivi's house at 6." Nami said as she stood up from the table and left. You sat for a bit before realizing, she didn't even pay for her food...

Now here you are, standing outside of Nami and Vivi's house ready to ring the doorbell. Right before you pushed the button, the door swung open revealing Vivi. "(Y/n)!" She exclaimed before hugging you, "You actually came!" 

"Yeah, I'm here...I don't wanna be, but here I am." You said and you were about to walk into their shared home before Nami practically ran over and stopped you from entering. 

"We aren't actually going to be here." Your orange haired friend told you, which made you raise a brow.

"Then why'd you tell me to come to your house?"

"To make sure you wouldn't ditch us, plus you're riding with us to the destination." She give you a big grin.

You sighed, "So then, where are we going?" 

"We're going to a outlet mall!" Vivi cheered, grabbing both yours and Nami's hand as she ran to Nami's jeep, "Lets go! I'm excited!" She rushed as she got into the car.

"I would be if I wasn't meeting another one of Nami's friends..." You muttered.

"Oh cheer up, (Y/n). I already told you that he's a good guy! Plus it's not gonna be just us four." She informed you, which meant the whole group was going to be there. Luffy, Law, Zoro, Robin and a few others.

"Ugh, that means Kidd is gonna be there too?" You and Kidd never got along in the slightest. The both of you were like water and fire.

"We'll keep him away from you, since you're allergic to him." Vivi laughed while Nami started up her jeep.

"I don't even want him to look in my direction."

When you arrived at the outlet mall, the three of you met up with the group. You immediately headed over to Bonney, you and her got along really well, almost like sisters...that don't argue. While you all were talking and catching up over the things that happened during the past week, Nami called you over. You looked in her direction and seen a tall blond guy standing next to her, you guessed that was the 'friend' she wanted you to meet. You mentally sighed as you headed her way, "(Y/n), this is Sabo, Luffy's older brother. Sabo, this is (Y/n), a dear friend of mine. I hope the two of you get along well." She smiled as she patted both of our shoulders and went back to the group without another word.

There was an awkward silence between the both of you for a bit before you finally decided to speak up, "So...you're Luffy's older brother, huh?" You asked and he nodded, "You wouldn't be able to tell at first glance, but I can kind of see it." You admitted.

"It's probably because we aren't blood brothers." He chuckled, that caught your interest.

"Oh, you aren't? Tell me more." Sabo then began to tell you how there was three of them in total, raised by a friend of Luffy's granddad. He pretty much told you his entire life story and you listened to every word. You didn't know why his life interested you so much, especially since you just met him. Maybe you just liked how his voice sounded? Yeah, that's probably it. "What about you?" He asked.

"Hm?" You responded, realizing that you were staring at his lips.

He chuckled again, "Do you have any siblings?" Guess it's your turn to tell your life story. You pretty much told him all you remembered that wasn't too personal. As you spoke, you noticed how he was paying attention to every word that came out your mouth like it was the most interesting story he's ever heard. And after you finished telling him, your conversation went all kinds of ways, talking about all kinds of different things and before you knew it, neither one of you left that spot, sitting at a nearby table still talking as if you had known each other for years. 'Damn that Nami, she knew what she was doing.' You thought to yourself as you both continued talking.

While the both of you were talking, you heard someone call out both of your names and you looked in the direction to see Nami and Vivi grinning from ear to ear with the group, "(Y/n), we're about to leave. I hope you know the mall is closing soon." Vivi said, you noticed how dark it had gotten.

"I didn't even notice! U-uh shoot, I didn't even go look in the stores or buy anything." You mumbled and grabbed your things.

"Do you want to come back here with me this weekend?" Sabo asked you out of nowhere, this surprised you, making you drop your phone.

"U-um...y-yeah that's fine, sure." You gave in, "I guess I'll just give you my number then." You took a napkin that was laying on the table and a pen out of your purse, wrote down your number and slide the napkin his way.

He gave you a soft smile, that made your heart skip a beat, "See you then." He told you, the smile still on his face.

"See ya." You said shyly and rushed over to the group.

"I see you finally broke, huh?" Nami asked and you rolled your eyes.

"(Y/n)'s finally about to get her some dick? Now, she can finally stop being such a bitch." Kidd added and your head snapped in his direction.

"Oh, shut the fuck up and go suck off Killer in the corner of a broke down bar, you no eyebrow barbarian." You barked at him and your night ended with you and Kidd at each other's throat like always. 

(A/N: I hope you guys liked this. I'm trying to work on oneshots again since I was in a little bit of a funk for a while. I hope this one wasn't bad since there wasn't really any fluff or something like that. I'm also gonna use this to practice writing Lemons so the writing for those might be a little inconsistent from the first lemon I wrote that you hornies read. Anyways, hope you enjoyed :).)
