Christmas Morning

Scott was the first one to be up in the morning. He stayed in bed for a while, but then decided to get up and prepare everything for their Christmas Morning. He took a quick shower and headed back into the bedroom to get dressed. He smiled when he saw that Avi was awake. 

"Good morning" the bearded man whispered to not wake up Mitch, who was still sleeping. 

"Good morning" Scott whispered back. "I'll prepare breakfast. You think you can wake him up, soon?" 

Avi nodded. "Sure... we might take a shower before breakfast, so maybe in like... twenty?" 

Scott nodded. "Sounds wonderful" he replied. He blew Avi a kiss and then he left the room. 

Avi turned to Mitch and softly kissed his temple. "Mitchy... time to get up, it's Christmas..." 

The smaller man hummed and stirred. "Good morning..."

"Good morning, Love" Avi said with a smile on his face. "Ready for a quick shower followed by breakfast?"

"Hmm... and presents?" Mitch wanted to know.

"Sure" Avi said. "But you have to get up for that."

Mitch stretched out his arms. "Working on it" he said as he slowly got out of bed. "Mmhm I need that shower. Are you coming?"

Avi and Mitch showered quickly, but thoroughly, got dressed and headed downstairs into the kitchen where Scott was flipping pancakes. "You were quick" the tall blonde remarked.

"Mmhm... hungry and I can't wait to give you my presents!" Mitch smiled. "Can I help with anything?"

"No, I'm ready. But thank you very much" Scott said as he placed everything on the table. "Come on, let's have breakfast."

They ate together quickly, tidied up and then went into the living room, where they had their tree set up with the presents beneath.

On the way, Scott turned on soft Christmas music and Avi got something to drink for them.

"Soo... our first Christmas Morning... how are we going to do this?" Mitch asked.

"Well... One of us is going to get his presents for the others and just give them?" Scott offered. "And since I'm standing... I'll start!" He smiled and got two sets of packages and gave one to Avi and one to Mitch. "Merry Christmas, Loves!"

"Thank you Scott."

"Thank you."

Mitch and Avi looked at one another. "You start" the bearded man said.

Mitch smiled and nodded. "Okay..."

"Start with the bigger one and unpack the small one together?" Scott asked. "That way it makes sense..."

Mitch nodded. "Of course..." he put the smaller package aside and opened the bigger one, first. "Oh... Scott..." he gasped when he saw what was inside. "Oh my god, you remembered!" He pulled out a handbag. A while ago his favourite handbag was broken beyond repair and even though Mitch was always up for something new, this handbag was his favourite. "But it was sold out everywhere..." he said when he touched the soft leather. "Even Candice couldn't get it..."

Scott chuckled. "Yeah, but that was because she already managed to find it for me." Scott winked at his boyfriend. "Look inside?"

Mitch furrowed his brows, but opened the bag and smiled when he saw that Scott had packed him some essentials like tissues, a very good hand cream and sanitiser and... "Lube? You did not put a bottle of lube in my new bag" Mitch commented. He laughed and shook his head.
