"They don't call it Mako Island for nothing. It's surrounded by sharks. It's a shark breeding ground." Alex said. "Exactly." Eliza said. "Well right now, that's the only place that's safe for us." I said. Just then, something bumped the side of boat...
"Oh my God I'm so nervous." I said. "Right? I heard these interviews were intense. I mean it's understandable right? Being the King and Queen." Alex said. "I know right? I would be scared too." Eliza said. All three of us talked about the interviews a lot these past couple of days. Today was the last day of interviews.
Turns out the King and Queen were only students from every high school in town to come. I wasn't that excited until Alex and Eliza told me more about it. I was nervous about this whole thing. Every day for the past two days students would go to the public library and wait there. The King and Queen would send out buses to collect us.
I went yesterday but time was up. So everyone had to go back home and try again tomorrow. Hopefully today I get interviewed. Even if I didn't picked, I still really wanted to go to school with Eliza and Alex. They were dope. We hung every day since we met....which was three days ago. We were still kind of awkward with each other but that will subside soon.
As we walked around the park, I looked at the girls. They were still talking about the interviews. "Do you guys think we'll get picked?" I asked, suddenly. They both looked at me. "Hopefully." Alex said. "What if we don't though?" I asked. "Don't think like that. Think positive. We're going to get picked. I don't know how but I know we're gonna get picked." Eliza said.
Alex then gasped. "Guys. It's eleven forty. We gotta get to the library." She said. We all took off running towards Alex's car. She quickly drove off towards town. We pulled up to the library and saw that it was full of cars and vans. "Damn it!!" Alex said. "Look!! There's a parking space." I said. She quickly swerved into the spot. "Damn Alex." I said.
"I know some maneuvers." She said. We quickly got out and ran inside the building. We saw dozens of people all standing around, talking. "Wow. It looks as if the whole kingdom is here." I said. "We have a lot of schools here." Alex said. "I see." I said. Just then someone bumped into me. I looked up to see the same gray haired girl I saw a couple days ago.
She groaned in disgust. "Ugh. You again?" She said. "Bitch I see my rock didn't teach you some manners." I said, crossing. Alex laughed. "Oh yeah. I remember that. That was funny." She said. The girl glared at her. "Bitch next time you hit me with a rock, I will sue your ass." She said. "Bitch bye." I said. "Evelyn just leave." Eliza said. She glared at her before walking away.

She was talking to a blonde girl. "So what's her problem anyways?" I asked. "She's a bitch for starters." Alex said, as she sat down next to me.
