As the wedding preparations were being made, I pulled out my phone and called Kyle & Lucas but I got no response from either of them. "This is ridiculous." I muttered. I told them to go get some seaweed for a potion Elease needed. They left an hour ago. It was an easy and simple swim. "King Hunter, we have a problem." A guard said.
I followed him to a room. Since my parents stepped down, I had to be King while they went on vacation. Violet missed them and she hated how I was in charged. We had to explain to her how things worked but she still hated it. I didn't care. I had a lot of more things to worry about. "What is it?" I asked.
"Queen Angel requested we have marbles at every table but we don't know which ones to choose from." He said. I looked at both jars of marvels. "Blue and purple one. This is the theme of the wedding." I said. He nodded and ran off. I sighed heavily. It was tiring trying to do everything at once. I could see why my Dad wanted me to take over.
This was frustrating. I ran upstairs to my room and laid down. I rubbed my temples to help calm me down. "Rough day?" Someone asked. I sat up to see Lucas. I glared at him. "You guys were supposed to be here an hour ago." I said. "Sorry. There different types of seaweed so we grabbed what we could." He said. "Just....go find Elease and give them to her." I said.
We walked out the room and downstairs. Kyle looked at me. "Hey man. Sorry we're late." He said. I waved him off. "Just give the seaweed to Elease. She's in the study." I said. They ran off. Eliza ran in. "Hunter. Please tell me Elease has that potion ready?" She asked. I shook my head. She sighed. "No why?" I asked.
"Because. Angel keeps throwing up. This potion is supposed to help her not throw up so much. She's already nervous about this wedding." She said. "I wish I could help but I'm busy." I said. Alex ran in. "Hunter?" She called. "The potion is not ready Alex." Eliza said. She groaned. "Angel is throwing up and the guards accidentally ripped her dress." She said.
I groaned in frustration. "This is just great. First Kyle & Lucas, then decorations, Angel's throwing up, and now the dress." I said. "This is ridiculous." Alex said. "Yeah why couldn't your parents have suggested we have the wedding when they got back?" Eliza asked. "I don't know. They left in such a hurry." I said.
I sighed. "I told them we should've gotten things prepared first." I said. " King Hunter? We have the room set up." A guard said. I followed him to the room. "Guys just go help Angel and have the guards fix her dress!" I yelled l, over my shoulder. We ran outside and the tent. I looked inside.
"Okay. Everything looks great. Finally one thing has gone right." I said. "Turn on the lights." The guard yelled. He pulled me outside and I saw a trail of lights leading from the tent to the house.
