"Happy Birthday, (Y/N)!" Shouted Bow as he entered my room. He was still carrying the other princesses' gifts, he had been doing that since I received hours ago and refused to put them down, but the moment Bow offered my gift, he had to put them down next to my bed.

"How do you even know my birthday date?" I asked him, grinning a bit. "Well, leaving your notes at the open for everyone to see wasn't a very good idea." We chuckled, I forgot about the notes I write every week.

I didn't want to tear the colorful packaging so I took extra minutes carefully removing the paper covering the box. Bow almost had a heart attact during those slow moments, once the lid was off, my breath hitched, and so did Bow's. It was a beautiful rose made of crystal.

Seeing the relief in Bow's face was nice. Glimmer was the first to give me a present, she had given me a beautiful necklace, worth of a princess, she said, but I wanted to see what Adora would give me. Nobody knows about our relationship yet, maybe that was the present, making us official, or maybe something like Bow.

When Bow left my chambers I was left alone for almost two hours, bored out of mind. I knew they were doing a surprise party, it was just funny to fool them sometimes. Besides, Bow trying to keep a secret? Pffft.

I cracked my eyes open and saw a sparkly pink and purple figure standing near my bed. "Hi Glimmer, what's up?" The princess grabbed my hand slowly, pulling me out of my bed. "I have a surprise for you!" Glimmer said, much more cheerful.

"What's all this about?" I asked, trying not to sound too obvious. "You'll see! Come with me!" She dragged me out of the room and down the hall. I couldn't say she didn't feel excited, whether it was the anticipation, or just Glimmer holding my hand, I almost could feel her exhaustion.

We approached two tall pink double doors. Glimmer stopped pulling on me and approached the doors. "Are you ready?"

"Probably not, because I still don't know what's going on." I said smiling. Glimmer flung open the double doors, my eyes averted.

"SURPRISE!"

In the room were all the princesses: Perfuma, Mermista, Frosta, Spinnerella and Netossa. Queen Angella and Castaspella, Adora, Bow, even Swift Wind were all there. They stood around a table that had plates, utensils, and a large chocolate frosted cake with pink icing writing on it that said '(Y/N)'.

I knew they were planning this, but I just didn't believe it would be this big, I haven't even open some of their presents yet. Now I feel bad. "I..." I was at a loss for words. I glanced over to Glimmer, who was awaiting my response with anticipation. I broke into tears and a big smile adorned my lips and pulled the shorter girl close into a hug. "I love it!"

Glimmer sighed in relief as she hugged me back. "Good!" We pulled apart, but Glimmer held onto me by the arm, her cheeks reddening a bit. "Happy Birthday, (Y/N)." The princess said as we stepped into the big room, Bow cleaned my tears as he was afraid I would make him cry, and Adora hugged me tighly, kissing me in front of everyone, for their own surprise.

Cheers and cries ocurred next to that surprise kiss, asking us many questions, of course, Glimmer and Bow didn't want to snoop into our lives that way, but they ended up doing so, although, Glimmer seemed a bit too... Down, even for her. I was at least glad that Perfuma wasn't mad at me for this, she's a very important person to me and I would hate to know that I ruined our friendship.

For the last week I've been reassuring Adora that I don't feel attracted to Perfuma anymore, but she would be around, just in case, she said. Bow didn't even stopped making fun of our situation, saying that we should have come to a conclusion sooner, he shipped us since the start. I didn't even know that was a thing here.
