Chapter 48

We appeared in the middle of the Whispering Woods by surprise, Glimmer had teleported us many times before finally settling once and for all. After so much time without teleporting with her, I started feeling sick, and apparently, I wasn't the only one, Catra had fallen as the queen of Bright Moon cheered happily at the resurgence of her powers. "Oh! I missed this!"

When I looked at Catra to know if she was alright, I saw Adora kneeling next to her worriedly. "Really? 'Cause I could stand to never do it again." I gave a small smile and turned around at hearing a gasp, 'Wrong' Hordak was looking at the sun in wonder, maybe appreciation. "This place is a true blessing. What is this tingling sensation...?"

Bow reached an arm out, resting it on the clones' shoulder. "That's warmth, buddy. Welcome to a living planet." I walked over to them and joined in the conversation. "You see why we want to save this planet?"

"Yes... I will like it here." It responded, Bow and I grinned from ear to ear.

"Hey, I think you guys should take a look at this." Adora called us and we stepped closer, walking into a hidden campsite, a destroyed campsite. Glimmer gasped. "No... Where is everyone...?"

"There was a fight." Said Adora. I rolled my eyes at the obvious, I stepped in with Entrapta. "Makes sense. Perfuma said The Rebellion was compromised!" I widened my eyes. "Maybe someone at camp got chipped, somehow..." I said and Entrapta stepped in front of me with her huge smile still in her face. "Exactly! If someone got chipped and went after the rest, it would've been chaos!"

The girls and I glanced at each other before stepping into camo and looking for any kind of proof or suvivant. Adora grabbed the helmet of a guard and stared at it intently. "Adora, what if-- What if there's no one left...?" The archer murmured sadly. "We don't know that. They might have just moved camp. Wherever they are, we need to find them."

My eyes widened as I felt a burst of energy passing through my body, it got me by surprise as I let out a small but pained pant. "(Y/N)? (Y/N) what's wrong??" Bow asked me, I jumped at the sudden touch of another at my side, when I looked up I saw Catra holding me. I glanced down a few seconds before standing up completely.

"I know where they are." I said, getting everyone's attention. "What?! How??" Asked Glimmer, a bit too loud in my opinion. "Galaxy made sure to connect the stones around Etheria to hers, that way she would have total control of the princesses and the stones." Entrapta's mouth was hanging down in surprise. I was happy we are friends or else I knew I would find this weird.

"Ooooh, so that's how you found the fire stone!" Bow smiled and I nodded. "Wait wait, can your 'super amazing magic of space' find if they are chipped or something?" Catra asked and I shook my head. "I can only feel if the stones are corrupted, not the princesses. You're right, we can't trust anyone either way."

"I expected this from Catra, but from you, (Y/N)?? Seriously??" I heard Glimmer say in quite an offensive tone. "(Y/N) and Catra are right." I automatically stared at Adora, it's the first time she stood by my side in a long time. Catra rested her arms and chin on my shoulder, smirking at Glimmer. "We should look for intel first so we don't fall into a trap."

"Erelandia is the closest village to camp, maybe someone there knows what happened." Adora glanced down then looked at me, poorly, but she did. "Do you feel a princess around that area?"

"Yeah... It's Spinnerella." Glimmer smiled at my answer and embraced us while we yelped. "I'm on it!" She shouted as we finally teleported away.

We appeared in a rather dark area of the woods, surprising me even at how withered everything seemed. A thud made me look around and I found Catra kneeling again in pain, this time whoever, I did help her to stand up alongside Adora. "How about a warning next time?" Glimmer chuckled in embarrassment. "Sorry...! Welcome to--" She stopped.
