You weren't fully aware of your surroundings, all you knew was the dark. Eventually, a dull screeching penetrated the darkness, a mix of red and blue glow shining through your eyelids. You hear dull thuds and growls, the sounds of sparks and cracks stabbing into your consciousness.

But it somehow wasn't enough to hold you, and you fall under once more.

You slowly come to with the feeling on swaying and... A bumping almost. You could hear battered breathing and a sigh every once in a while. You could somewhat hear some of the activity of Hell, yelling and horns honking and such, but not as loudly as you were expecting. Where were you? And who was taking you there?

You slowly open your eyes, finding yourself cradled to a severely bloodstained chest. Their jacket was in tears, their tie loose. It was a black tie. You could see their undershirt, red and with the lined design.

You slowly looked up to Alastor's face, a small smile breaking on your face despite yourself. You couldn't really help it, being with him was far better than being with Vox or Travis.

His breathing was far too battered however, too strained. It isn't right. He must be seriously hurt. You looked up into his eyes and a small gasp escaped you. He had a burn on his face, his left cheek.

He looked down at you, his closed mouth smile thin, strained, but still ever present.

"Why my dear, finally awakened? I feared the worst for a time, but I simply could not just leave you there with that... That... Man."

You smile a bit at him and lightly touch the burn, watching his flinch. Your words were laden with worry when you spoke.

"You're hurt... Why? Why would you come back for me?"

He gave a soft laugh and a bit of a shrug. He seemed to be trying to hide the extent of his pain and injuries, and was doing fairly well, but you could still see the strain in his smile and hear it in his voice when he spoke.

"Oh my dear, did you really expect me to leave you there? What kind of guide would I be to abandon you like that?"

You thought about that. True, Charlie probably wouldn't be happy if you were to disappear suddenly after a stroll with him, that would definitely cause some backlash from Vaggie. But one thing still didn't make sense...

"How did you know where I was?"

He looked down at you, his eyes emitting a dim glow. You felt a slight tingle on skin, everywhere the dress was touching you and you glanced down at it, seeing as the fabric slightly shimmered. You also noticed several tears and bloodstains, as well as black fur. Your mind flashed back to your... What the hell do you even call it?

Primal... Feral...

Powerful.

You flinched away from the thoughts, quite literally. He looked at you with curiosity in his eyes, but you quickly cleared your throat and looked away from him.

"Ohhh, I guess that makes sense hahaha..."

He still seemed a bit puzzled at your behavior but was soon distracted by his own pain. He gave a groan and stopped walking, trying to keep his breath steady. You hated seeing him like this. But part of you hated it for the wrong reasons...

But that part needed to be ignored. You cleared your throat to get his attention and turned his gaze upon you.

"I can walk you know... Put me down." You gave a small pause, then remembering who you were talking to from the radio sound he made, you added on. "... please."

He stared at you a moment longer before laughing, along with the audio recording of 30's laughter.

"My dear, do you really expect me to just let a woman in your state simply walk for herself? You are so injured, why you're covered in blood and bruises! It would look as if I had done the damage, and I simply cannot let my perfect image I've created be for naught by a rude action!"
