Chapter 32

Horoki woke up and wiped the drool off his face and paper, his cat meowed and continued to until he noticed her. "Yeah?" He asked his cat as he rubbed his eyes. "Feed me squire." She meowed. "For that comment? No." He said as he got up. Saint's meowing intensified as he got up, "ok ok you've twisted my arm." Horoki said as he went down to the kitchen to get some cat food. He then came back upstairs and put some food in her bowl, "there isn't any food!" Saint said. Horoki sighed and shook her bowl, Saint's eyes widened and she ate the food happily. "Man you're so weird." Horoki said as he went downstairs to get himself some food. He then saw Liam eating some cereal, "judging by the type of cereal you're eating. You're nervous." Horoki said as he sat down next to him. "Yeah. I'm worried about asking her out." Liam said as he continued to eat nervously. "You're gonna be fine. You can't be a bigger screw-up than you already are!" Horoki said with a mean smile. "Horoki, do you ever say something nice? That isn't geared towards Jiro and Saint?" Liam said with an annoyed look. "Nope! Either I insult you or you take the backhanded compliment." Horoki said smiling. "Great." Liam sulked. "If you want, you can try and do a double date with Jiro and I." Horoki said as he drank some coffee. "No soda?" Liam asked as he saw Horoki drink from a mug. "Yeah, Jiro wants me to cut down on the sugar so this is an alternative." Horoki said, taking another sip. "But yeah, that's my idea. What do you think?" Horoki asked. "Sounds like a good idea. That way you can tell me what to do." Liam smiled. "Ohoho no no. I just said this idea to see you crash and burn myself." Horoki smirked. Liam rolled his eyes and Horoki saw Saint come down. "So you're staying today right?" Saint asked. "Oh! Right!" Horoki said, he then knocked on Momo's door. She came out looking a bit tired, "hm? What do you want Horoki?" She asked with a tired tone. "Can you watch over Saint tonight?" He asked. "Why would I do that?" She yawned. "Cause we're friends?" Horoki said with a questioning tone. Momo stared at him and narrowed her eyes, "fine. I'll watch over her but you owe me a favor." She said as she turned her back and closed the doors. "Thank you!" Horoki said as he ran back down. "Now you got someone to watch you." Horoki said smiling. Saint looked down sadly, "I wanna spend time with Dad..." she meowed. Liam looked at Horoki with disappointment, "you absolute monster." He said with a shameful tone.

In U.A Academy

Lunch began and Horoki was eating with Jiro, Kirishima, Bakugo, Kaminari and Mina. Saint popped out of his backpack and Horoki gave Saint some food. "Stupid flea-bag." Bakugo muttered as he ate his food. "Hey! Don't talk to my kid that way!" Horoki said. "I can talk to her however I want!" Bakugo argued. "You like me tho. You saved me from other students." Saint said as she bapped Bakugo's nose. Bakugo simply growled and moved his head away. Mina brushes her fur and Saint purred as she felt her touch. "She likes me!!" Mina said smiling excitedly. "Oh Mina, I was wondering if you wanted to come with Jiro and I to a restaurant." Horoki said, "I'd love to, but in all honesty I don't wanna third wheel." Mina said, she then saw Liam approach the table and she stood up, "how do I look?" Mina asked as she fixed her hair, "ugh, just screw him if you like him that much!" Bakugo growled, Mina blushed heavily and Jiro chimed in. "Hey leave her alone, she's nervous."

"Have you screwed Horoki?" Bakugo grinned. Jiro and Horoki quickly blushed and Kaminari glared at Horoki. "You better not be." He said as he began to spark his hands. Liam arrived at the table and coughed, "so Mina, I was wondering, if you're not busy! Then maybe you would want to try and do something with me?" Liam asked with a nervous tone. Mina blushed with a smile, "actually, Jiro and Horoki invited me to a dinner and I didn't wanna third wheel. So we can do a double date!" Mina said excitedly. Liam smiled, his face blushing red and he nodded, "ok cool! See you guys then!" Liam said as he walked off, silently cheering to himself.

With Lincoln's help, Horoki was able to make a reservation at this rather fancy restaurant. Horoki wore a black buttoned shirt with grey dress tie with jeans. Liam wore a buttoned shirt with a sports jacket with some black jeans. "You nervous Liam?" Horoki said as he finished tying up his tie. "Yeah! Think I'm overdressed?" He asked. "Nah. I think you're ok, besides you gotta show Mina you know how to dress yourself." Horoki said as brushed his hair. The two then waited downstairs for the girls, Jiro came down wearing a purple dress, which really made her hair pop. Horoki blushes red and felt his heart race, Liam laughed at Horoki's embarrassed face and he saw Mina wearing a small blue skirt with a white sleeveless blouse. "Hey guys!" She said smiling. Liam and Horoki stood there as they blushed and stayed quiet. "I think we broke them." Mina said, "I hope so. I don't feeling comfortable in this thing." Jiro said as she moved around in the dress. Horoki and Liam and snapped out of it and escorted their dates to the restaurant. The four got a table and saw the chef prepare their food for them, they applauded when the chef did a really cool trick. Liam and Mina ordered some lobster while Horoki and Jiro ordered the steak. The four talked amongst themselves. Talking about stories that they shared before they met each other, from Liam's days of being a boxer. To Horoki's days of being a criminal. Mina and Jiro listens intently as they saw the two pour their heart out into their pasts. "Once Horoki and I ended up getting into a fight against five goons." Liam said. "Really? Tell us about that!" Mina asked smiling. "Well, we saw this kid getting his money taken and let's just say that we really didn't like bullies." Horoki said. "Yeah, so I took on three of them while Horoki dealt with two of them. One of which had a knife." Liam said. The two continued to speak and the girl's were just fascinated, Jiro took notice that despite Horoki's arrogant attitude and tough guy exterior, he really does care for Liam and considers him a brother of sorts. Mina was more impressed at the fact that Liam is able to take three guys without using his quirk once.

Little did they know that a pair of goons in sharp suits were watching them. "Sir, I think I found the students our ally was talking about." A woman said into her earpiece. Her skin was brown color with faint lighting streaks and she had razor sharp fangs, her hair was a purple color. Her suit was black complete with pants, coat and shoes and tie while his shirt was a crimson red color. Her partner who was sitting with him wore something similar except his skin was a dark blue color, matching fangs and he was bald. "Also, I think I found our prizefighter." She added. "Hm. Don't engage." The man said.

"But sir, he's right here." She argued.

"Do not engage Mako." The man affirmed himself. "Do you have some photographs?" He continued. "Yes sir." She said as she held some photographs of the kids. "Good. Come back home. We will discuss the plans with our next meeting with Overhaul." He said. He then hung up his phone and looked over at the junkie who was being held by two thugs that looked like the partner at the restaurant. "S-Sir! Please!! I was stopped by red head kid!! His skin was tough as nails!" The junkie pleaded. "You and your brother's gang have had many attempts to bring in the money. Yet you show up empty handed, again." The man said in a bellowing voice. The junkie looked up at the sharply dressed man who was the size of the pro hero, Killer Orca. He wore a grey three piece suit. His tie was blood red and the shirt he wore underneath was white. He brushed his neatly combed grey hair and looked at the man with his soulless black eyes. "I-I'm sorry! Give me another chance!" He shouted. "Shhhh, it's ok, it's ok." He said as he placed his gargantuan hands on the man's shoulders. The junkie looked down with tears and began to cry softly, the man looked up and his eyes were then covered by a clear membrane, he took a breath and chomped down the man's head in one swift move. He yanked his head back, tearing the head clean with his shark-like fangs. The goons looked at him in fear and dropped the lifeless body on the floor. "Fetch me a clean suit." He said as he grabbed a napkin and cleaned his face. "We have much to discuss with Overhaul." The man said as he looked back with a grin that could make the devil shiver in fear.
