Chapter 29

Aaliyah stretched as the music played. She was feeling like doing hip hop with the kids this morning. She turned on a nice beat and began creating some steps.

Soon she had a full blown dance. She worked on it all morning before the kids started arriving at the studio.

"Hey Ms. Aaliyah." Little Natalie smiled as she walked through the door. She put her bag on the floor next to the wall and walked towards Aaliyah. Aaliyah adored the little girl, she was so pretty and sweet and she reminded Aaliyah of herself when she was her age.

"What are we doing today?" she asked. Aaliyah smiled, "We're going to do hip-hop, but I have a special surprise for you guys. " Aaliyah explained.

"Okay." Natalie smiled. She hopped down and began stretching. Aaliyah walked over to her bag and picked up her phone. She saw a text from Jayceon's agent.

Aaliyah Jayceon has this big gathering he has to attend tonight, his stylist is sending over a wardrobe for you and him. The makeup artist will be over there around six, and there is someone that would love to meet you and you and Jayceon also have to make an appearance on a talk show, I'll send more details about that later.

Aaliyah sighed, being engaged to Jayceon she always has to attend things like this. But she wanted to know who is 'dying' to meet her. She layed her phone on the ground as more students began coming in.

"Make sure you guys stretch really good. And i have something important to tell you." Aaliyah smiled. That got their attention as they looked up at me.

"This dance I'm showing you will be shown on national tv by you guys." Everyone cheered. Aaliyah got some connects to let her kids perform the new dance. She was excited just as they were. She loved these kids like they were her own and she wanted to show them off.

She went over the routine with them and soon they were doing great. They hit every pop and lock every beat. Aaliyah smiled ear to eat as she watched them dance.

After two hours, it was time to go. She packed up and followed the kids out of the room. When she came out of the room, Jayceon stood there with JJ in his arms.

"Hi, Mr. Richards." A little boy greeted. Jayceon shook his hand. Aaliyah smiled, "What are my babies doing here?"

"We came to surprise you. And I wanted to take you to get some lunch before we head home to get ready." Jayceon smiled. Aaliyah nodded her head before following him out.

They walked to the elevator where a few parents waited there. They got autographs and pictures with Jayceon. Aaliyah just stood back and rocked JJ to sleep.

Once the elevator stopped on the first floor, they made their way out of the building. They walked out to Jayceon's new Range Rover. Aaliyah strapped JJ in, while Jayceon put her bag in the back. Once JJ was safely strapped they climbed into the truck.

Jayceon pulled out and they drove to the best soul food restraunt in town, Mama's Kitchen.

Aaliyah smiled as she grabbed JJ's car seat and carried it inside the restraunt. People flicked towards the trio asking for pictures and autographs. Aaliyah just wanted to eat, but she knew Jayceon loved his fans so she did it for him.

Once all the paps died down they made their way inside the restraunt. They got a booth and mama D immediately came out with their food.

"Y'all are so cute and the baby is adorable." She complimented.

"Thanks mama. How are you?" Aaliyah asked.

"Girl I'm fine. Up and still going, but I think I'm about to retire and hand my restraunt down to my daughter so I can enjoy the rest of my life." She informed.
