Homecoming: I Started Fucking Running

I just stared at her. I couldn't even believe that she was here, sitting in front of me. She was even more lovely than the last time I saw her.

Four years ago.

"Erin?" I said quietly and I looked into her brown eyes and couldn't help but scoot a little closer to her.

She quickly threw her hand over my mouth. "Shh, come with me for a sec." She said and grabbed my hand. She lead me out the door and into the white hearse sitting outside. She unlocked the door and motioned for me to slide in the passenger side. I got in the car and looked over at her as she did the same on the other side.

"Hello, Geetard. How ya been?" She asked flashing her one-of-a-kind smile. And all at once I realized that I was a married man. I also realized how much I missed her. Drew had missed them too, but she was with me. I'd adopted her as my daughter.

Erin was sitting right there, and I can't tell her anything, I'm too scared to talk to her, but I don't wanna seem rude. Whatever I'm just gonna go for it.

"I'm great Erin. Ho-" She cut me off there.

"You can't talk me that anymore." She said. "We all changed our names like you asked. My new name Harmony-Ann. As far as everyone else is concerned Erin Black and her family and friends are dead."

"I don't care what your name is, all I know is that I've missed the ever living fuck outta you." We laughed.

"Yea, wait until you see the other two." She said and started to dive out of the park.

I was holding on to the dashboard, her driving was reckless. She broke the speed limited by about one hundred, and made the sharpest turns. "Can you slow down?!?!" I asked as we pulled up to a house. It was a nice house, brick with black curtains. Huge, four stories high. Another car was parked out front. A red Porsche. Whoa.

"What do you do for a living?" I ask in disbelief looking at the humongous house and expensive cars.

"I design video games." She answered getting out the car. "Snow is Belle at Disneyland and Jen works at the Starbucks we just left." She explains as we walk to the front of the house.

"Snow? Jen?" I ask as we walk into the house.

"Yea?" Two girls say simultaneously. Both Livi and Shadow pop up from the couch. They stop after they saw me.

"Gerard?" Livi ask walking up to me skeptically.

"Hi Livi." I say giving her a smile. She runs up and hugs me. So does Shadow.

"Gerard, Snow and Jen." She says pointing to them. I looked over at Erin and realized I have finally found my long lost love.
