Anise Hart:

I licked the remaining blood on my lips and my sharp shark-like teeth. 

"This is greater than I could ever imagine" I muttered with great enthusiasm.

"I know" Mac replied. His lips pressed down on my own lips passionately, and his hand went lower pass my lips. 

"Derrick could never be this.... pleasurable could he?" he whispered.

"Hey, other people over here" snapped Doug.

"Find a cave" Sean complained. Mac rolled his eyes and moved away from me. He wore a mischivious grin on his face.  I sighed softly. The thirst was there, bearable, but there. Angelica didn't want us to kill Rain, yet, not yet at least. Soon we would. We'd kill them all and rule the school. 

In the morning my skin went back to looking normal and the gills had disappeared while I was asleep. One thing didn't go away. Thirst and the new strength I'd woken up with. 

Flashback....

I walked down the hallway beside Hunter Abbout. Every now and then I'd glance at him. He was really cute, better than Mac Daldore, my current boyfriend. 'I out to hook up with him, ditch Mac for a while. He'd never know' I thought. The hallway was abbandoned, this was the old side of the school. We enetered one of the old, no longer used class rooms. It wasn't dusty like the others, but well kept and held four large fish tanks, and a wide, but shorter one in the center. In the tall, large tanks couple people floated unconciously in it. Mac, Doug, and Sean were in them!

"You aren't the only one searching for power my dear" Hunter told me. His voice startled me, and he knew it did so he laughed.

"If you dare you may enter the water" he said. 'This was my chance, my chance to become powerfull. More powerfull than Rain. Rain... She came here as a new student and was instantly more like than me! Ms. Popular thinks she's so great, well she's not. I'm better, I cam be better' I told myself. I bravely hopped over the side and into the water. It was icy cold and I heard a slash nearby. Before I could see who it was someone had me in their arms.

"Relax" Hunter whispered in my ears. My body obeyed, I stopped kicking my feet and let him hold me in the icy water. Sharp fangs pierced the side of my neck and began to withdraw blood. I felt my mind open up, and his mind open up between us. 

"Mmmmm... I'll miss tasting your blood again" I heard his thoughts. My mind was blank, utterly blank as he fed. I then noticed I wasn't breathing, I couldn't breath because we'd slowely sunk underwater. My neck was the warmest part my body, and then I was released. I felt Hunters lips move from my neck to my lips. He moaned and mummbled,

"Mac doesn't have to know" and then swam away leaving me underwater. There was a sharp pain in my chest. It felt like I'd been stabbed, but it was just the lack of oxygen. After a few minutes I must have drowned, I died. I died, but woke up again. Different stronger.

End of Flashback:

So I'd cheated on Derrick with Mac, and then cheated on Mac with hunter. So what? Everyone was happy, we were just fine and always would be. I walked into the school to my first class; english. Derrick, Rain, Bonnie, Rina, Gwyneth, and Jeffery all sat in the back talking and laughing. 'Ugh, who does that b*tch think she is?' I wondered looking directly at Rain. She noticed me, and looked away. A few tears bubbling in her eyes. 'Weakling' I thought with an amused smirk. The others looked my way with disapproving looks. I rolled my eyes. I didn't need them, they were just traitors! I flicked them off and pretended to pay attention to the teacher. I was really talking to Bailey Mahoney, and Holley Drapper. They were sharkires, but were quite weak. 

"So that's the plan?" I asked curiously.

"Yeah, Angelica has it figured out. They won't know what hit them" Holley replied as she tossed her white-blonde hair back. 'Talk about ugly' I thought distastfully. We discussed the plan some more. The swimming finals was in a few days, we'd not only win for sure, but would have complete control of the school. The plan would go once that was completed.
