Anna would admit, if asked by anyone, that she hadn't listened to a single word anyone said when they stepped onto the podium to tell a little story about why Klaus was so special to them.

She would also admit that she was hoping that she wasn't asked to say a few words because she didn't know if she could.

She still felt sick to her stomach and hadn't gotten a good look at Klaus who was laying lifeless in his coffin. Not that she wanted to anyways. She was too scared that if she did, she'd end up throwing up again.

"Anna, would you like to say a few words?" Micah asked her when he stepped down. She looked up at him, pleading with her eyes for him to ask someone else. But the look of determination on his face told her that he would do no such thing.

She got up from her designated spot in-between her mom and Klaus's mom to step to the podium.

She finally took the chance for her eyes to roam around the dozens of people who were all dressed in black, some with tears in their eyes while others just sat there staring back at her. She didn't recognize a single one of them.

"Hi." She said her voice barely above a whisper when she finally spoke into the microphone. "I know you all may be wondering who the hell I am. I'm going to be honest, I'm no one special. I'm just the girl that Klaus met in group that stood up to his awful attitude. And for some odd reason, that started our shortly lived love story."

Anna's eyes settled on Klaus's coffin which was too close for her comfort.

"I just want you all to know that I loved the hell out of that boy. He was the most caring person that I've ever met. He brought me out of such a dark place that I was in and I have the pleasure to say that I did the same for him. He never gave up on me, no matter how stubborn I can get." Her last comment caused a few people to giggle. "I'm so thankful that I got the chance to know him- to love the bright and talented young man that he was. That he still is." Anna smiled at both of Klaus's parents. "Thank you both for bringing him into this world. Thank you for raising him the way that you did. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to love him. I will forever be grateful for Klaus. May he Rest In Peace." Anna looked up at the sky, the weight finally being lifted off of her shoulder. She had a feeling he had heard every word she said.

She finally walked over to Klaus's coffin and looked into it. She had never met a man so beautiful. Even death couldn't falter his beautiful genes.

"I'll never stop loving you." Anna said taking their engagement ring off of her finger. She didn't look back when she heard someone approach her. They made no move to stop her.

She grabbed his hand, trying not to think too much of how cold it was, and placed the ring on his ring finger.

"Remember me." She whispered just enough for the both of them to hear.
