Not at me saying I'll have an upload scheme for this book and then just not uploading on the Saturdays.
Couldn't be me.

Taehyun's eyes widened and his jaw slacked. He couldn't believe what he just saw. The stranger just jumped into the basket like it was nothing. And the weirdest part of it was that he just.. disappeared? Like it was the most natural thing for him. It didn't make any sense.

Taehyun hurried towards the basket, dropping to his knees and reaching his arm out, pushing his hand into the opening. When did he removed the lid? The only thing he was met by was the solid bottom of it.

"I'm hallucinating."  He laughed airily, trying to explain this to himself.  "T-This isn't real and I-I'm just dreaming."  His brows furrowed in confusion and shock, and he totally forgot about the other presence in the room. That is, until someone spoke up.

"Where are your weapons?"

Taehyun jumped up at the sound of the voice behind him, and he quickly turned around. The boy in front of him was walking around his room, touching a few things with the tips of his fingers.

"Warrior Yoongi told me you'd protect me. To protect me, you need weapons."  He continued, eyes now moving towards the brunette.  "And you need to have some skills."

His voice was smooth and calm, seemingly not shaken up one bit by the events. Taehyun shook his head and hid his face in his hands, nothing making sense anymore.  "I-I think warrior Yoongi is confused, because I'm not the Black Knight!"  He said as he started pacing around.  "I don't have skills, or weapons and-"

"So he was right?"  The prince cut him off.  "You are worthless."

Taehyun sighed and took a deep breath, calming himself down.  "Can't we just start over? I'm Taehyun. What do I call you?"

The boy in front of him turned around, facing him. This was the first time he really took time to look at him. The boy had pretty, meaningful eyes which seemed to sparkle a bit when the moonlight filtering through his curtains hit them. He had a high and perfectly shaped nose, and his lips were thin but plump and they had a rosy color. Taehyun thought the boy was beautiful in every aspect he looked at him.

He was pulled out of his daze when the other answered him.

"Your Highness."

Taehyun blinked twice and then shook his head.  "No I meant like- like your name."

The boy was quiet for a moment as he picked up something from the desk, examining it like he had never seen it before in his life, like it was completely new to him. Then, without lifting his head he answered the question.  "Beomgyu."

"Okay."  Taehyun said, nodding softly to himself. "Beomgyu." He tested the name on his tongue. It suit the boy, also pretty and it was nice to say. Then suddenly the prince turned around, facing him and looking at the brunette intensely.  "I'm hungry."  He stated.  "Bring me some swallow nests soup.. roasted snail.. and cooked apples."  He said and waved him off, turning back around again to continue looking through his stuff.

Taehyun blinked a few times and furrowed his eyebrows. He didn't understood a word from what the boy had just said and had no idea what all of that was, but since he wanted to please him he still nodded.  "I'll see what I can do."  He said and walked out of the room.

He quietly padded down the stairs and into the kitchen, being careful as to not wake Seokjin up. He was glad his brother was a deep sleeper and wouldn't be awoken that quickly, but he didn't want to take any risks. Then again the older had slept through all of the commotion and yelling already so he wasn't really that worried.

He got some bread from the container on the counter and put them in the toaster, setting it for a short minute just to get it a bit warm and crusty. Then he grabbed a glass and filled it with syrup, before adding water. He also grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl and placed it on the plate he had already fetched from the cabinet.

When the toaster dinged and the bread shot up he quickly grabbed it, putting the slices on the plate and he then opened the fridge, grabbing the butter. He put it evenly on the bread and then started to draw a little snail into it, drawing a small bird on the other one.

"Mh. Not bad.."  He muttered to himself as he looked at the final outcome. It wasn't exactly what the prince had wanted, but it was the closest he got.

Taehyun gathered the things on a tray and carefully carried it upstairs, making sure he didn't spill any of the drink or tripped over something laying on the floor. Or even over his own two feet, which had happened before in the past. Seokjin had scolded him and helped him clean up but he had mainly laughed at him for doing something that stupid.

When he got back to his room the door was closed, and he slowly opened it. He was looking down at the tray in concentration, but when he looked up he froze.

On his bed, on top of the covers lay the prince. His silk robe was scattered to the sides and over his legs, the only thing visible being his ankles. The moonlight that poured through the slightly opened curtains fell on his face and made it appear to sparkle, how cheesy it may sound. Everything about the sight had Taehyun captivated, holding his attention before he snapped out of it and stepped into his room fully, closing the door again with his foot.

He softly set the tray down on the nightstand and looked at the boy. He crouched down beside the bed and slowly reached his hand up, about to lightly touch his shoulder to wake him for the food, but decided against it as he remembered the warrior's words.

Whoever touches the prince, dies.

He stood up and looked around the room, noticing something was off. His Rubik's cube was suddenly on his dresser, his chair was pushed from his desk, his computer screen was on again and his music player was now on the floor along with his headset.

He sighed and started putting the things back to where they belonged. He assumed the prince had looked around his room and touched everything from what he didn't know what it was. He wasn't mad or irritated though, as he was sure he would've done the same if he was suddenly somewhere from which he didn't know anything.

When he was done he grabbed a jacket, pulling it on and zipping it up, pulling the hood over his head as well for as much warmth as he could get. He then pulled a bean bag from the side and laid down on his stomach.

Taehyun was wondering where the boy came from, who he really was and what he was doing here. Sure, Warrior Yoongi told him he was the future emperor and he had to protect him, and he spoke Korean so he knew they came from someplace in Asia. But what he didn't understand is how they came here. They surely didn't walk through the door or climbed through the window, as he would've surely noticed that. And the biggest question was still how the warrior just jumped through the basket like it was nothing.

He let his eyes drift to the basket, looking at it in wonder and fascination. Could there be some sort of portal that led them through it? He knew it was impossible, but he also knew there was no scientific explanation for it. He had read more than enough books and fan fictions to have a wild-running fantasy, so he didn't push the thought completely away.

A sigh escaped Taehyun's lips as he turned around and laid down on his side instead. His eyes shut close and it wasn't before along that he drifted back asleep.
