Emily's Regret

Emily POV

I walked to my dorm thinking Y/N would be there, but when I opened the door, it was empty.

Emily: Y/N? Are you here? I want to talk.

There was no answer so I began to grow worried.

Emily: Y/N? Where could he be?

I went out the dormitory and went to look for him until I ran into Ruby.

Ruby/Emily: OW!

Ruby: I'm sorry.

Emily: It's fine. Huh? Ruby? Blake? Do you know where Y/N is? I find him hanging out with you guys a lot.

Blake: No, we don't. We found this note by Weiss.

I grabbed the note and began to read it. After I read it, I started to tear up and my heart began to fill up with guilt.

Emily: W-what have I-I done? I've b-been mean to Weiss a-all this t-time. Now I won't be surprised if Y/N hates me.

Blake: That's the thing. We think Yang and Y/N might be looking for her.

Emily: I'll go look for them.

Ruby: We'll go too!

Emily: Wha-? ...Okay.

Velvet: Hey, Emily?

Emily: Oh, Velvet, Coco.

Velvet: Where's Y/N?

Emily: He's looking for Weiss. We have no idea where he is.

Velvet: Weiss?

Coco: We will help you find him.

Emily: Ok, then.

We started to get to go look for them.

Emily: I want to apologize. For all that I've done.

Y/N POV

We decided to take a break after a couple hours of searching. I clenched the necklace around my neck.

Yang: So, I never asked this before, but what's with the necklace?

Y/N: It was my Dad's. He died trying to keep this out of our enemy's custody. His last words to me before he died is protect this with my life. Which was why I was in that warehouse.

Yang: How many people are trying to get it?

Y/N: 12. 12 people. That's not all. They want to get Emily also. My mother is trusting me that I'll do the right thing when the time comes.

Yang:...Well, lets keep searching.

Y/N: Right.

We started to look again.

Y/N: Weiss?

We searched for a couple hours more before Yang spotted her.

Yang: Hey, Y/N? There she is.

I looked up to see her sitting on a rock looking down.

Y/N: Hey, Weiss!

I ran up to her as she looked in my direction.

Weiss: Y/N! What are you doing here?

Y/N: I came looking for you. Why else?

Weiss: But--

Y/N: Listen. You're not a bother to me. I enjoyed spending time with you.

Weiss: Really?

Y/N: Yes, Really.
