"He's gone, Zane made him leave." Natalie explained. "He was too drunk to even care."

Olivia felt deflated, it had happened again. She trusted him again and he let her down. After all those roses, the 'sorry's, and the make up sex. He let her down. Scott had chosen the worst time to play a sad song, and now she didn't even know what she was crying about now. "What do I do with myself?"

"You stand back up and we get wasted." Carly spoke. "Obviously the heartache is still fresh, but we need to put our brave girl face on. I know it hurts because you love him and he's ruined that. But you need to show him you're more than just a girl he can fuck around with."

Olivia giggled at Carly, her wise professor on heartbreak. The pain was still fresh but she wanted to forget about it for tonight. And let the sadness hit her tomorrow. She had gotten up and left Natalie's room, heading towards David's large array of bottles. She had done many shots, had many cups and danced with everyone. Everyone was jumping and shouting, Olivia in the middle of it so all. And despite her jumping and dancing, she was crying. She was more disappointed in herself than Jeff. She trusted him again and went back to him again. And even after tonight, she still loved him and wanted nothing more than to get home and him be waiting for her in bed.

But she can't.
She can't keep cowering back to him.
She needed to move on.

Olivia pushed her way through sweaty bodies and found the door. She had began to walk. She didn't know where, she just began walking down the street. And it wasn't long before she was met with a voice.

"Vi."

It was Jeff.

His weak, slurred voice had brought tears to her eyes.

"Vi, I'm sorry."

"Go home Jeff, I'm not staying there." She spoke calmly, continuing to walk.

"Please wait." He replied.

"No!" She shouted. "Go home, I don't want to see you. I don't want to hear from you. I don't want to even look at you right now."

"I understand but I'm sorry. I was drunk."

"And that's your excuse? I trusted you and you threw it back in my face. Fuck you, Jeff."

Just as she turned to continue walking, she heard another voice.

"Liv."

She turned to see Heath and Mariah, who was her knight in shining armour at this point.

"Bubba, get an Uber." Heath shouted to Mariah. He ran up to Olivia, her collapsing in his arms. Another fit of tears, she sat on the ground as Heath cradled her.
