*PRESENT*

It's been a week we've arrived and it's another day for our work.

"So today we have 3 places we need to go to." Lisa explained to all of us.

"How about let's go 3-3-2?" Momo suddenly suggested.

Weird. She's usually not active in meetings.

"I'll go with Je-"

Taehyung was about to say something but he was cut of.

"With JJaeng??? Okay Taehyung me and, Jisoo." Chaeng suddenly interrupted.

Eh?? I stared at Chaeng, raising an eyebrow at her.

Why did she chose them? She usually goes with me.

She just smiled at me innocently.

I swear something's off with them lol.

"I'll go with Ba-" I was gonna suggest but someone butted in.

"Bam me and momo then." Seulgi quickly said.

"....."

"Okay, that's the plan. See you guys later.." Momo stood up as if she was rushing. Then Jisoo dragged Taehyung.

I couldn't help but just shake my head.

Little did I know, I forgot that the only one left to be with me was none other than, Lalisa Manoban.

"Wait..." I was about to stop them from rushing to go out but Jisoo interfered.

"Let's go, let's not waste time." Jisoo told everyone.

Tch. Annoying. If only Chaeng doesn't like you. Tch!

I sighed not bein able to do anything. I'm mature enough. Yes. This is for my work.

I look at my left seeing the only one left.

Lisa.

I glared at Chaeng who's smirking at me waving goodbye, walking out of the hotel.

How dare she betray me.

I've been avoiding Lisa the past few days because of what happened on the first night and I just don't wanna make the same mistake or even be close with her. I can't believe Chaeng would ditch me. Tch.

*FLASHBACK*

A few days have passed and Lisa kept on asking for my attention.

"So Je-"

"Excuse me." I stood up, walking to the restroom.

She tried to ask me something but I avoided her. I don't want to face her properly yet.

"Je-"

"Ah yes hello?" I grabbed my phone, pretending to call someone, walking out of the restaurant.

"J-"

She looked at me but I looked at my phone avoiding her gaze.

I heard her sigh and she continued talking with our team.

But honestly, inside me, I longed for her.

I felt guilty for ignoring her when she looked so sincere for another chance.

There's times I even steal a glance at her, admiring her perfect face.

"Avoiding her?"

Chaeng asked me as soon as we entered our room.

I sighed.

"Maybe." I replied as I lied down the bed. I'm tired.

We all went to our rooms for a 30 minute break.

"She looks sincere though." Chaeng commented while fixing her stuff.

"What's the point of that if she might leave again?" I said my point which made Chaeng sigh.

"Well i guess, it's your choice anyways...." she shrugged.

"I just miss your smile..." i thought she said but I wasn't sure. I was half asleep.

"Huh?" I made sure.

"Nothing.." she smiled at me and went to the restroom.

*PRESENT*

After glaring at Chaeng, I just sighed.

"So let's go?" Lisa broke the silence.

As if I have a choice to say no..

"K" I replied, walking out.

She quickly ran at my pace and opened the front door which made me roll my eyes.

The trip was silent. I didn't really want to talk to her. I just wanted to finish my job.

A few minutes after, we decided or more like Lisa decided to walk down because it was too crowded.

I think there was a festival that's why a lot of roads closed down.

Not having a choice to argue, I complied and walked down of the car. We walked our way to meet our client.

But suddenly before I knew it..

*THUD..*

my back was lightly pressed against a wall, on a narrow street.
