Out in the Hallway

Kylo's POV

With what had just transpired I left without a word. I moved through the halls with Sylvari on my mind, my blood boiling.

"How dare she reject me, a man of great power and strength! I could give her an empire to rule beside me. Anyone would be happy to even have my attention!" I yelled internally.

"Commander." General Hux called, already adding to headache building in my head. "You have the girl?" Hux asked walking beside me now.

"You already know the answer to such a stupid question." I responded. Hux smirked.

"You seem out of sorts. I assume she did not take the news of her new betrothal well?" He asked. I stopped and started to grab hold of my saber, but Hux raised his hands in defense.

"I meant no offense! I mean any girl stripped away from her home, life, and loved ones isn't going to like you very much." He said jokingly.

"I see she has already marked you." He said playfully. With his hand he points to the red mark on my cheek.

"General, you will leave me now or I will cut you down where you stand!" I yelled.

With my message being loud and clear, General Hux scurried away, turning the corner out of sight.

I sighed, relieved to be alone. I had spoken too soon. General Hux popped his head around the corner and said, " The Supreme Leader would like to speak to you in the throne room.” I huff, not saying a word and begin stomping away from the irritating man.

Hux's POV

With Kylo's cheek marked like that I got curious as to what kind of girl would do such a thing.

"Some savage no less." I chuckled.

I headed towards Kylos personal quarters, hesitating before entering. "He's going to kill me if I enter his personal space," I mused. Flashbacks of being force choked filled my head. I held my throat, wary of Kylo's unpredictable wrath.

Pysching myself up I say to myself, "You are the General of the First Order appointed by the Supreme Leader himself. You do as you please."

Standing tall and fixing my uniform. I walk up to the door and enter the key code granting me access to Kylo's personal quarters.

Sylvari's POV

"I hit him." I said in disbelief.

Tears welled in my eyes and fell. He was so close. Too close.

Even though I feared him, I couldn't ignore the butterflies that formed in my stomach as he whispered in my ear, holding me close to him. His strength radiated off him as he held me.

I felt so helpless in that moment. This collar takes away my power to defend myself. I had used what little force power I felt to keep him from reading my thoughts.

"Plus, I can't explore this room while I'm chained to the wall!" I scream out in frustration.

It was then that I heard the door slide open. Hearing footsteps, I froze. They were moving towards me. I kept my back towards the door as it opened. Afraid to turn around. I slowly glanced over my shoulder.

Hux's POV

There was a girl sitting on a bed facing away from me. I could see her peek through her white hair over her shoulder. She was expecting Kylo Ren based on the petrified look she had. The girl turned to face me now. She was not just any girl. She was exquisite in every way. My eyes scoured her beautiful, sweet form.

I could sense she was uncomfortable under my gaze. I looked down and cleared my throat.

With a slight bow I said, "My lady I didn't mean to disturb you. I am General Hux of the First Order." 

"I have come to check on you since Kylo Ren has been summoned away. My lady, may I have the pleasure of knowing your name?" I said with a smile.

Gaining her trust for a moment she said, "My name is Sylvari Alvaross.  Princess Sylvari Alvaross of the Royal Light Bloodline."

I gasped. "A princess? Of course she was. Look at her!" I thought.

Looking over her I realize she had a collar around her neck and the chain attached lead to the wall.

"He chained and collared her to the wall! How could he do such a thing to this delicate creature! She couldn't be of any harm to anyone let alone Kylo." I huffed.

Walking forward to help her she recoiled away from me. I could see the fear in her eyes.

"No need to fear little one I am here to help you. Let me help you with that."
I motioned towards her collar.

She looked surprised but quickly leaned forward so I could help. I made quick work of the collar and chain. Once removed I heard her take a deep breath. I could see how relieved she was to have the collar off.

Sylvari's POV

"H..he removed my collar. Why would he do that?" I felt the force once again. Flowing into me I regained my force abilities.

"He must not know what I can do." I thought to myself.

Thankful I looked up at him and smiled. I could see his cheeks begin to blush.

"Thank you, General. I feel much better with the chain and collar off." I smile again.

"Well good." He says. I don't understand why that barbaric Kylo had to chain you up princess. He is such a brute." He huffed.

While having his attention I reached towards him with my hands and placed them on either side of his head feeling his soft auburn hair between my fingers. He stilled but let me continue.

I could tell he liked it. And just like that I put him to sleep.

Slumping over he fell onto the bed. I giggled.

"That was easy." I thought.

I adjusted him on the bed so he would be comfortable. It's the least I can do for removing my collar.

Not sure if General Hux would be a problem when he woke up, I attached the collar to his neck.

Now that I was free from the bed. I glanced around the room I was in. Firstly, I rush to the main door that both Kylo and Hux had entered.

I try opening the door but it doesn't budge. Sighing, I knew that it couldn't have been that easy to get out.

Since I wasn't getting out anytime soon I decided to explore where the other two doors went.

I started with the one on my right. Sliding open, it revealed a clean and pristine bathroom with a toilet, sink with a large mirror, shower stall and a large tub. Making note of the tub, I will definitely be back to take a much needed bath.

Now back in my room I head for the other door. It slides open to reveal another bedroom. This one felt much more masculine than the room I was put in.

Contemplating whos room this could be I felt the terrible, immeasurable pressure of a dark energy in the room. It was coming from behind a door on the other side of this new room.

Walking up to it slowly I braced myself for what could be on the other side. Entering the room it was dark. Slowly the lights began to flicker on revealing a sort of study or meditation room.

In the center was a dark, melted, ruined helmet on a podium.

This was the source of power I was feeling. I could feel it's power calling to me in a way that I had never felt before. My fingers felt the rough, melted edges. Picking it up, it was quite heavy. I stared at the mask, frozen.

A vision started to play in my mind.
