Sylvari's POV

Opening my eyes I'm in a white negative space with Rey.

"Where are we?" Rey asked.

"We're at the entrance of your consciousness."

Rey looks at the floor and back to me.

"Who are you?" She said with wonder.

"I'm a prisoner here like you. I was taken my from my home to be used by the First Order."

"My name is Princess Sylvari Alvaross of the Royal Light Bloodline. I am the last of my people. The Empire destroyed my home planet with everyone I loved on it. My people wouldn't choose a side in the last war between the Empire and Resistance. We were slaughtered for this choice."

"I had escaped and had been living alone on a desolate planet where I was protected by my force spirit. Kylo Ren was able to locate me when my power could no longer be hidden. Soon after my twenty first birthday he kidnapped me from my home and brought me here to be used as he sees fit. Even though it's been hard I know the force has brought me here for a reason."

"The force? I've heard of it but thought it was nonsense made up by others."

"No, Rey. The force is very real. The force is all around us. For some it's a comfort that brings them happiness and for others they use it for ultimate power. There are two sides to the force. Balancing each other to obtain balance within the universe. There is the light and dark side. I was raised in the teachings of the light."

"You're the girl they spoke of. Poe and Finn said they had help getting off of the Finalizer. I didn't realize that it was you till right now," she said smiling.

I nod and smile.

"Why did you help them?"

"Despite appearences I am not an ally to the First Order. I have seen how they operate. I don't condone there use of force and terror to get what they want. But I believe the force has brought me here for a reason. I have seen Kylo Ren's destiny with the First Order and it will be the end of the galaxy as we know it."

I walk up to Rey now holding my hand out to her.

"Take my hand and I can show you."

Reluctantly she put her hand in mine.

"Relax and close your eyes."

Taking a deep breath I showed her what I had previously seen.

His past with his mother and father. Arriving at Luke Skywalkers temple to start his training. The betrayal from his master. Snoke poisoning his mind to join the First Order. Taking advantage of his anger and teaching him power from the dark side. Killing his father and mother to gain more power. And now a glimpse of his future. Now supreme leader of the First Order. The death and devastation will be nothing like the galaxy has ever seen.

I sever our connection and open my eyes. Rey is as white as a ghost.

"This...this is real?"
She says with shock in her voice.

"Yes, it is. The force has shown me what Kylo Ren is capable of when achieving ultimate power for the dark side."

"All of my friends, dead." She said just above a whisper.

"Yes." I say solemnly.

I can sense Kylo moving toward our location.

"We are running out of time. I will do what I can to help you. Are you ready?"

"Yes, and thank you!" She says with a smirk.

We both open our eyes, now back in the torture chamber.
