Louisa's POV
"JOHN?! JOHN!!" I yell as loud as I can, but he doesn't hear me. His nose is bleeding and he's falling to his knees. I run towards him to help him, but the legends come in. I look at them as they look at John. I look back at John to see him laying there, unconscious. No... Was it the demon-monster? I can't lose him. I can't.

Nate checks John's pulse. "He's alive." He says. "We have to take him to the medbay," Ray says. How can they all be so damn calm about this!? "Hello, Louisa Mary Jane Constantine," John says with a scary tone, a demonic tone. His head turns to me as he pushes himself from the ground. Oh no. I take small steps backwards. "Why are you doing this?" I ask the demon. "Didn't John tell you?" The demon says and laughs.

"Didn't tell me what?" I ask it. "You, you have a pure soul. Your magic is stronger than any of ours." It says. "Then why are you even trying to hurt me, HUH?" I ask it back, my temper getting out of control by the second. "You're still a fledgeling, your powers are still developing, you're not ready yet to take all of us." The creature snarls. "I will be ready, now get the hell out of his body!!" I yell.

"Why won't I just... Kill you now?" It says, still in a creepy voice. "Because you can't, you can't kill me right now," I mumble to myself. "Clever girl." It says. "But I can take you." It continues. "You won't," I say fiercely. No one can hurt my father, not even a stupid demon. And no one will hurt me. I close my eyes and concentrate on exercising the demon out of John.

I can hear it screeching and screaming until it stops. I open my eyes to see everyone looking at me, shocked at what they just saw. "That felt worse than hell. What in the damn world..." I hear John say from below me. "Are you okay?" I ask worryingly, my voice still a bit sore from the screaming. "I'm alright, love." He says while grabbing on to a table. I let out a huge sigh of relief.

Ray's POV
Thank God John is okay. Wait no, thank Louisa. That 16-year-old girl has amazingly strong powers. I look at her relieved face, only to see a wave of exhaustion hit her. "Louisa, maybe you should take some rest," I say cautiously. "Thank you, Ray. Maybe I should." She says back as she heads off to her own quarter.

"You know, Louisa has a very different way of using her powers," I say to John when Louisa was already out of sight. "Yeah, she does. She's the last person on earth with a pure soul. It's unimaginably rare. That's why someone or something is after her." He says while lighting a cigarette. "You should really consider to stop smoking, there's a kid on board," I say to him. John looks at me and scoffs. "Nah, mate. My daughter knows better than to become like me." He says.

Nate's POV
I walk through the corridors, towards Louisa's quarter. She must be really shocked about what just happened. I just want to make sure she's okay. I stand in front of her door and knock on it. "You can come in." She answers. I take a deep breath and slowly open the door. I look at Louisa to see her cheeks and eyes full of tears.

"Hey, are you alright?" I ask worryingly as I walk toward her. I can clearly see she's not okay. "I'm sorry, it's just... I lost my normal life and seeing my father getting possessed like that, it's terrifying." She says while wiping her tears. I sit on the bed beside her. "I understand why you're upset," I say while patting her shoulder. "You see, stuff like this always happens on this ship," I say and let out a chuckle. I can slowly see a smile forming on her face.

"You can go back to your life after we defeated this demon," I say with a smile. "Well, that's something to look forward to." She says with a smile, looking down at the floor. "Hey, look. I'm sorry that we are so weird to you. We don't always have a new member joining us like that. Especially not Constantine's daughter." I say while laughing a bit.
