Louisa's POV
Zed stops me before I got to Belial. "Your eyes were glowing like fire before I stopped you. Are you okay?" She asks me worryingly. My eyes glowed? I didn't even notice. "I'm fine... I just got a little out of temper I guess..." I say vaguely while shaking my head a bit. "Let's try and find a way to get your father back." Zed says as she puts her hand on my shoulder. I nod and look back up to Belial.

"What about him?" I ask with a bit of anger in my voice while staring at Belial. "I can take care of him, you go do your thing." Sara answers me, walking towards Belial. "You're going to tell them how to get John back or we will make you." She demands. Belial starts laughing. "How could you make me?" He says and chuckles.

I turn around to walk away with Zed to the lab, but I suddenly hear Belial screaming. I turn back to see fire appear around him and he's screaming louder than my ears can handle. "What's happening?!" Zari yells through Belial's screams. "I-I don't know!" I yell back while covering my ears.

The scream turns into some demonic pitch, even louder. I close and cover my eyes because the fire is getting really bright. Not a second after the fire reached the ceiling the screaming stopped. I open my eyes and look back at the spot where Belial was trapped.

His veins are no longer visible. He's' on one knee, panting as he looks at the ground. "Dad...?" I ask softly while slowly approaching him. He looks up. I notice his eyes are no longer red. I look behind me to see that everyone stepped back, still shocked.

I look back, seeing him smirking and letting out a chuckle before falling back, sitting in exhaustion. I run over and hug him. I notice that he is surprised, but he hugs me back. "What happened?" I ask with a more worried tone than I expected. "Astra..." He says vaguely.

"Yeah, Astra did this, but how?" I ask him. "She let me go on purpose, she knows she's winning..." Dad mumbles to himself. A sudden headache hits me as I try to stand up. I trip over my legs because the headache is making me dizzy. My head hits the floor after my body hit the floor.

"Jesus Lou, are you okay?!" Zari says. I pull myself up and see everyone standing around me. "This is all too much... With, you know, the magic, time travel, fighting, it's all too much. I can't take this. I want to go back to my old life." I finally say, bursting out in tears. "I'm not ready for this..." I add softly.

I push my way out and run to my quarter, tears running over my face. I reach my quarter and open the door quickly. "Wait!" Nate yells from the library. I don't care what they want me to do anymore. I want to go back. I rush inside and lock myself in.

I quickly put on my pyjamas and try to sleep. Maybe if I get some rest I'll know what to do. Although, I just can't help but think that the rest of my life could be spent here. I stare at the ceiling. I have to leave this place, for now at least.

What would my friends do... What would mom do... Wait no, Zed is my real mom. Who is the person I lived with all those 15 years?! I miss my friends. Maybe I can make myself untraceable. I close my eyes and focus on my aura being invisible.

I feel something happen and I open my eyes again. "Let's hope that worked." I softly mumble to myself. I open the door again to see Ray and Nate standing there. "We just wanted to make sure if you're okay..." Ray says. "If you want to go back to your old life, we won't stop you." Nate adds to Ray's words.

"Can you bring me back to 2020 with the jump ship? You know, the day after I left...?" I ask softly. Nate nods and walks towards the jump ship. "Come on." Ray says. I follow Nate and Ray follows me. "Thank you guys." I say softly as we reach the jump ship. "You can always come back, whenever you're ready." Ray says, stepping in.
