Tsunami was watching from the crowded stands as Ryuga went up against the strongest Blader in the village.

He'd entered the tournament in hopes of finding another Legendary Blader, but there didn't seem to be one there as the man was no match for Ryuga who easily defeated him, along with all the other Bladers in the tournament, in the blink of an eye.

There was one contestant who was apparently gifted with the power of a star and was labelled by the village as a Legendary Blader, but he wasn't who they hoped he would be and was just another strong Blader.

Tsunami sighed.

'What a waste of time.' She thought.

"This was a waste of time." Ryuga said, voicing his companion's thoughts.

"Wait a minute, Ryuga! Sir don't leave!" The Commentator called after him. "There's still the final battle left!"

"That's right." A mysterious figure wearing a cloak and a hat said. "The fight isn't over yet."

Tsunami could hear something familiar in the person's voice, but chose to ignore it for the time being.

"It's the winner of the first match of the semifinals!" The Commentator said.

"Beat it. I don't have any time for you or anyone else here." Ryuga said.

"Ryuga. I came all the way here just to battle you." The mysterious figure said. "You must stay and fight."

"Tough talk for a coat." Ryuga said.

"Okay, that's it." The 'coat' said as it grabbed the cloak and hat and took them off. "Battle me now, Ryuga!"

Tsunami gasped a little in surprise as the cloaked figure was revealed to be Kenta.

Tsunami had met Kenta a few times in the past when she'd drop by the B-pit, either for Bey battle or for some repairs to be done on her Bey. She hadn't been going there of late and Kenta now knew the reason for that was because she was with Ryuga.

"... And you are?" Ryuga asked, not recognising the boy at all.

"You know who I am, Ryuga!" Kenta told him. "I'm Kenta! We've met tons of times before!"

"Oh, Gingka's water boy." Ryuga said in realisation.

"Who are you calling a water boy?" Kenta said. "I'm Kenta! Kenta! Kenta! My name is Kenta!"

"I don't have time to play guessing games." Ryuga said as he turned to leave.

"Hey! Just wait a minute, okay!" Kenta called after him. "What if I told you I'm a Legendary Blader? What then?"

Tsunami's eyes widened in brief surprise before she frowned a little in concern.

"Is that true?" Ryuga asked.

"Ryuga, you're looking for the Legendary Bladers. Ones that have the power of the Star Fragment, right? So are you sure you want to do this? Just walk away from me now?" Kenta asked. "If you win, then I will do whatever you ask of me. But, in exchange, if I win you have to listen to my request. Deal?"

Ryuga turned around to face the boy, as a silent way of agreeing to battle him, and Tsunami sat up a little straighter.

The two battled hard, but Ryuga was obviously the stronger Blader and, despite Kenta's best efforts, eventually won the battle and therefore the tournament. The win was quick and easy for Ryuga and consequently revealed that Kenta was not a Legendary Blader.

Ryuga turned to leave, sending a brief glance to Tsunami as he went, and the girl quickly got up from her seat and followed after him as Kenta seemed to do the same.
