The cloaked man slunk through the shadows, his hood was down, revealing long, silver hair and aquamarine blue eyes. His heart  was raging. He had never hated the Organization more than in this moment. They had done many things to him and his friends that made him want to kill them...but now...

"I didn't expect to find you here, Riku," a voice rang through the shadows.

The man flinched. He also didn't expect to find anyone there. The strange in-between realm he had found allowed the heart to shine through the body. It was the one and only place he could look like himself.

"I could say the same, Lelie," Riku said, looking at the half-heartless. Unlike him, she still looked like she would on the outside, a being that is slowing becoming consumed by the darkness.

Lelie sniffed. "When you are desperate to get away from something, you end up in some pretty strange places."

"You've been here before?" Riku asked, he rage slowly dying.

Lelie shrugged. "A few times. Cuz', well you know, when people are so busy they ignore you all the time you take whatever company that you get, even if it is just the shadows." She looked at him accusingly.

Riku sighed. "Look, I'm sorry we didn't really have time for you, but we had other things to focus on."

"Like Sora?" Lelie said with all the venom possible.

Riku looked at her. "You don't like him."

"Oh, is that so obvious?" Lelie asked sarcastically. "I hate that kid! For the same reasons you hate the Organization!"

Riku looked at the darkness-covered ground as he guiltily remembers his rage directed to the Organization he felt only minutes earlier. "But why do you hate him?"

"He took everything from me! My best friend was killed, another is risking their neck to kill him, and my old so-called 'friends' are following him around like dogs! He doesn't deserve anything from me, especially mercy."

Riku turned his gaze to her. "I think you're just being a little dramatic."

"Excuse me?!" Lelie screeched, the darkness around her flourished. The pedant around Riku's neck started to glow. At the sight of it, Lelie took a few deep breaths, the darkness around her calming down with her own temper. "And...why do you think that?" she asked in a slightly strained voice.

"Well, for one, you can blame me for what happened to Roxas," Riku said. Lelie looked at him, startled. "And as for Axel, it is his choices that he's making. The twins and I are the same. You shouldn't blame him for things that other people are doing."

"But everyone is doing it because of him. He is the reason you are all doing this. If he just 'went away', none of this would have happened."

"Then again, if that did happen, Roxas would have never existed," Riku pointed out.

"Maybe that would have been best. I've found through experience that you can't be hurt by things that don't get into your heart and mind."

"So you think the heart is weak," Riku said.

"I believe it is weak to allow your heart to balance on the hearts of others. After all, I got where I am because I put too much feeling into a couple of Nobodies."

"But that is how many people get their power, Sora included."

"But what is going to happen if his friends die, or leave him? He's going to be broken, and honestly, I would enjoy that."
