"... so Nini Salazar-Roberts, will you marry me?"

Ricky had just finished singing his song for Nini and waited for a reaction or answer.

Silence

"Why are you looking at me like that? Say something! Please?"

Carlos stared blankly at him as he was once again "Practice Nini" as Big Red liked to call it.

"Ricky, dude." EJ said as he was sat down on Big Red's couch looking at him with an amused expression on his face.

"What? That was good, right Big Red?"

Big Red looked at him and smiled. "Yea! Nini will love it!"

Ricky sighed and took a sip of water from his water bottle.

Kourtney and Gina both started laughing while Ashlynn shook her head. Carlos had went and sat back down besides Seb.

"Ricky," Ashlynn began. "I'm sorry, but EJ could write better lyrics than you. What happened?"

"Hey!" EJ said loudly as everyone erupted in laughter.

"You wrote a song? About what?" Kourtney said in between laughs.

"Yeah, he wrote a song for Nini called 'A Billion Sorrys' after he stole her phone." Ashlynn said.

"Ashlynn" EJ whined as he covered his face with a pillow.

"Sing it!" Gina said as she then began to chant it. Everyone else had then chanted it as well.

"GUYS!" EJ screamed. "We're getting off topic, this is about Ricky's proposal song for Nini. Not me. Definitely not ready for anything like that soon."

"Well I mean, you don't have a girlfriend, sooo" Carlos said as Seb snickered.

"Don't need to remind me."

Ricky sighed. "Anyways, what should I do? I already tried making a speech, and we all know that didn't work. And now with this song? I'm all out of ideas."

Gina stood up from her seat, walked over to Ricky, and put a hand on his shoulder. "Ricky, i'm sure whatever you come up with. Nini will love it."

"Don't overthink it. Just express what's inside here." Gina said as he pointed to his heart. Ricky stood there thinking about what Gina said.

"Well you guys, I need to go. Jackson's nap time is right now, and i'd rather get back home to peace and quiet." Kourtney announced as she stood up.

"You know, out of all of us, I never expected Kourtney to have kids first." Carlos said. "If anyone, I expected it to be you and Nini, Ricky."

"Well, my boi here is going to propose to her soon!" Big Red said as he smacked his back. Ricky winced a bit at how harsh it was.

"Sorry, too much?" Big Red apologized. Ricky nodded.

"Well anyways, see ya!" Kourtney said as she then exited out the house. They started talking again when they heard Kourtney say something to someone.

"Oh hey guys!"

Everyone looked up and saw that Nini was there. Nini had walked over to Ricky and sat down beside him.

"Oh hi Nini! How did you know all of us were here?" Ashlynn asked.
