I got this PDF from my email subscription to Spanishpod101.com which is an amazing website for Spanish (and many other languages including Swahilipod101, Italianpod101, etc) they also have others on their website. They give you a 7 day premium trial that unlocks all the lessons but then it's just a free account with less unlocked things so I just delete and start my account again when I want to keep getting more lessons.
