The Adventures of Agent 9 (Book 1)

The data must be collected! (Diaphram Phase)

They launched through the air and into the next phase, there they were greeted with platforms that were spaced apart and one central area. Kai and 8 looked at each other and together they jumped from one platform to the next going to one of those things that you would normally get a weapon from(an equipper). As they went inside of it secured a permanent inkjet to the backs.

"Aww sweet! We can rest our feet for a bit!" Kai said excitedly. "Now all we have to do is.... wait...what do we have to do?"

"I... don't know yet...sorry..."

"Well then, let's go and see if we can find anything."

So together they used their inkjets to propel themselves to each platform more gracefully. As they went to another platform they saw a data point on the wall, so by instinct, they grabbed it.

Just as they did that a door opened revealing Octarians crawling on the floor of the main area.

"Aww, fish sticks! Now what!" Kai said, avoiding their blasts

"Well, we do this!" She aimed her inkjet and started to spat them.

"Huh?! Wow, you're good!"

"Thank... woo," she said kinda shyly.

After they finished splatting all of the Octarians they saw another data point at the top of the cylinder, or the main area.

So Kai and 8 climbed up the cylinder and grabbed the next data point. There at the top was a button so Kai instinctively used his ink to push it. Then a door opened up. They go through the door to see Octarians at the top of the cylinder, and went higher.
     
Kai and 8 fly around to see if they can find another way up so that they can splat them easier, and they did. They climbed up and splayed them one by one.
     
"Phew, we did it! High five!" Kai put out his hand like he was giving her a high five. 8 shyly gave him one back.
     
"Hey....Mister Kai? What's that thing?" 8 pointed up to an electric fish type thing that was also like an orb. There were things that were connected to it that they had to get off of it so that they can use it.
     
"I think that we have to get that thing. We have to collect all the data points."
     
"Oh ok,"
     
"We can split up and get them faster"
    
"Okie doki!"
     
So then they were off, they started to make their way to collect all of the data points. They collected each one, one by one and theses thing released off of the orb. Kai was happy to be off his feet and 8 was having fun.
     
In no time at all, they were almost done. They didn't run into any problems and they met up in the middle. They collected the last data point and then they were ready to go onto the next phase to find Niki.
