The Adventures of Agent 9 (Book 1)

A Broken, Messed Up Phone

Kai picked up Niki and Sol, and 8 helped Captain Cuttlefish with the other agent 3. Together they ascended the latter and made their way to the surface.
     
When they got there Kai, and 8 looked amazed. It was nearly night, the sun was just setting on the sky. They were on the roof of a building, and everything looked beautiful.
     
Suddenly, in The distance, they see a helicopter coming towards them, and inside was Pearl and Marina.
     
"Yo! We got you!" Pearl said through a microphone.
     
"Woah! That's Pearl! She's even cooler then she sounds!" Kai's eyes lit up. A smile covered his face.
     
Pearl and Marina landed the Helicopter and they call went on. They set down both agent 3's and Niki.
     
"Phew we can breathe easier now, that was a close call," Marina said moving the tentacle out of her face.
     
Suddenly Pearl brought out her microphone and said, "We fly high we touch the sky!"
     
Then Captain Cuttlefish joins in, "We Fight hard till the day we fry!"

"Hay wait let me Join!" Kai's eyes beamed, "we made it this far and we didn't get hit!"
     
"No lie, we don't quit! Don't ever forget" Peal added
     
"Because we're all together and were a triple Threat!" Kai finished he crossed his arm, and smiled.
      
Marina covered her eyes with her hand and shook her head. "Oh no not again"
     
"Have they done this before?" 8 asked and Marina nodded her head disappointed.
     
"You have More MC Princess!" Kai asked.
     
"You bet we do! Cap'n you wan continue!"
     
"You bet I do! Let's see, we stay fresh! Never frozen!"
     
"Reign Supreme like the ones Chosen!" Pearl added.
     
"No we the real thing, yeah we not Posen! We don't stand still because we're not Frozen!"
     
"Sigh you guys......" Marina shook her head.
     
Suddenly there was a sound that reaches there ears, and the ground started to shake.
     
Marina looks over and sees something coming from the water just next to them, "are you guys seeing this?"
     
As the thing slowly comes up from the ground Pearl looks over at it, "what is that thing!"
     
"That form! But they were said to be   Destroyed a long time ago!" Captain Cuttlefish said his face puzzled and filled with shock.
     
it slowly came up from the water almost fully uncovered.

"What is it," Kai asked puzzled.

"Human....."

Everyone stared at captain cuttlefish.

Once the statue was completely uncovered they all looked up at it. It was huge, bigger then they would at first imagine, but when they look closer at it, in the left eyes of the statue, it was a small broken telephone.

"TarTar in the house! [Slang Mode Disabled] Hello I am Tartar, an AI constricted to created 12,000 years ago by a brilliant professor. My main objective was to pass on Knowledge of humanity to the next worthy life form."

"What is this thing talking about!" Kai looked at Captain Cuttlefish, but he just shrugged his shoulders.

"When your kind became self-aware," It continued, " I hoped my wait was finally over. But when I observed your evolution, I was Appalled!!! You fought over small things, and you obsessed over trivial fashion choices! So I created a new prime objective: to destroy the world and start anew!"

"What?! You can't do that! He can't do that right?" Kai looked at everyone, worried.

"And from the best and brightest test subjects, I created a sludge made up supreme DNA, [Sanitization]. A primordial Ooze that in which the ultimate life form will emerge! And today's the day that my vision becomes a reality! I will destroy Inkopolis and everyone in it!" Tartar has an ooze dripping from it, the same ooze that he described, the sanitization.

Then suddenly, the jaw of the statue started to open like some sort of puppet. As it opened a nozzle with three tubes connecting two at least five of the "thangs" (blenders) connected to it, And in each one of the "Thangs" was the Greenish Blue ooze. Also when you get close to it you can almost hear the heartbeats of the other test subjects. In each movement, it pulsed.

"Yo, what the heck is that!" Pearl screeched looking at the awful sight, discussed.

"Give me a second and let me analyze it..." Marina pulled out her laptop and started to do some recharge. "I'm picking up massive amounts of energy coming from the statue."

"Well that doesn't sound good"

"So yeah... the statue is charging up with enough power to distort the world....."

"What?! Well, how do we stop it?" Pearl asked still in shock.

"Well here's what we do. The whole thing seems to be o Absorbing sunlight and converting it to energy."

"So what does that mean?" Kai looked at her.

"So 8, Kai your gonna have to cover the whole thing in ink."

"But how will we do that! It's not like we have all day!"

"You will have thee minutes, but We can use my Hyperbombs, there still prototypes so you will have to Detonate them manually, got it?"

"Uh yeah...." Kai gave her a nervous thumbs up, trying not to shake.

"Got it Marina!" 8 also gave a thumbs up.

"What can I do?" Pearl asked.

"When Kai and 8 get back you need to do your battle cry."

"But I haven't don't that in years!"

"Well, then you better start warming up!"

"Ok then, on it! My vocal cords are a small price to pay to save the world!"

"And that can I do?" Captain Cuttlefish asked.

"Well um uh.... you can be the hype man!"

"Ok on it!"

"Now that that's all settled are you ready 8, Kai?"

"Ready as I'll ever be!" Kai said.

"Yep! I'm wready!"

"Alright! Let's take this thing down!"
