Peggy led Steve and Y/N to a small shop. When they entered the shop lady spoke casually. "Lovely weather!" "Yes, but I always carry an umbrella." Peggy answered. This was obviously a password, because the shop lady led them to a hidden door. When they got in Howard ran to Y/N, giving her a hug, before leading her to the first metal cocoon-loking device. Steve got in the second and the devices closed.
Howard called out. "Y/N! Steve! You two okay in there?" Their muffled replies came from the devices. "I'm fine bro!" "Is it to late to go to the bathroom" Steve joked. The put a shot in both their arms. "That wasn't too bad!" Steve said happily. "That was penicillin." Dr. Erskine informed him.
*Your POV*
I braced myself as the needles got close to my skin. But nothing could have prepared me for the pain that came. It was as if the needles contained liquid fire, as it coursed through my veins. I heard Howard screaming the percentage of the serum that had been injected into us. Once he had screamed "70%!" I felt like I was going to pass out because of the pain. I was screaming and I could hear Howard saying "We have to shut it off!" "No brother!" He listened to me and kept going "80%!" I could feel my nails cutting into my palms. "90%" I felt like my lungs were about to collapse. "100%!"
I couldn't hear anything. My head was pounding. Finally Peggy opened the device and helped me. I got out of my device and noticed that I was no longer short. I was now slightly taller than Peggy. It had worked! I looked around and saw Steve, and my jaw dropped. My conclusion was that the serum was extremely efficient.

I saw Howard and Dr. Erskine help Steve out of the device, and he staggered a little. I asked him "How do you feel?" "Taller" he answered breathlessly. "You look taller" Peggy informed him.

I saw him look at me and blush, making me suddenly aware that I was only wearing a bra and shorts. My head was still pounding and I was very dizzy, so Peggy helped me get dressed. All my muscles were sore but I had never felt so strong. My brother came over to me and lowered his sunglasses.
