The house was filled with overwhelming voices from Harry, Anne, Gemma, Serena and the kids. Harry, Anne and Gemma were staring in awe at how Serena interacted with the little ones, they were hugging her, kissing her face, even singing to her— not to mention how they legitimately screamed when they found out she was Evie in that Disney film they loved watching before.
"She's really good with kids." Anne noted, her eyes sending some sort of message to Harry that Gemma laughed at. Anne has been wanting to have grandchildren of her own, and of course, she was rooting for Harry to grant her that wish. Gemma wasn't really one to openly talk about motherhood and all that, Harry was the one who loved talking about having a family of his one day.
Going back, the kids absolutely adore her and Serena adored them just as much. Anne was quite surprised at how the kids acted around her, most of the time, when they bring visitors over, the kids were timid and quiet. But this time, they were all over Serena.
Serena just has that light surrounding her, and Anne could see why Harry fell for such a beautiful soul.
"Will you be Evie again?" One of his nephews asked, Serena flashed a smile. "I'll be Evie any time you want me to be." Her answer melted the hearts of both the kids and Harry's mom and sister. It was so genuinely beautiful, she exudes this aura about her that just looks so bright.
"Uncle Harry, can she come to our birthday party?" Pearl asks, her lips forming to a pout and her fingers were fiddling each other as she awaited for his answer. Harry looked at Anne, Gemma, and Serena then back to the kids who all looked so hopeful. He honestly didn't have a clue how to respond to them. "I don't know love, she has wo—."
Serena immediately cut him off and hugged the girl from behind. "Of course I will, cutie. I'll even come as Evie, how about that?" The kids jumped up excitedly, Serena found herself being tackled by them to the ground as she was peppered with kisses.
Harry couldn't hide the smile on his face and he knows it was the same for Gemma and Anne.
Gemma walks over to him and rests her hand on his shoulder. "You found yourself a good one, brother. Don't let her go." He smiles. "Never."
