IT WAS A COLD AND AT THE SAME TIME SUNNY DAY, A NICE DAY TO GO AT THE PARK. To go chitchat and eat while strolling with your boyfriend. Ellie walk as she pass some of teenagers dating and sat in one of the benches doing the rest well except with having a boyfriend.

She let out a heave sigh regretting that she agreed on meeting up in the park. She munched her corn dog. It was early in the morning. Luckily, she woke up early this morning.

Her eyes trail the wonderful view of the park. Children playing kites and few adult go jogging busy with their own lives. Her eyes caught two teenagers happily laying on th grass focused on each other as if they were the only people in the world.

Ellie smiled at them. Happy for their blooming relationship.

"Will I smile like that after this?" Ellie looked down wanting to release what's in her chest whenever Ricky is with her.

I told you my heart's leaning towards you
A little more than I knew something
Was scaring you

Ellie felt tighten her grip on her other hand as she sang. She wanted to let go of everything that holds her.

Is it too much or too fast
Or too forward?

She wished that Ricky would look at Ellie at how he look at Nini.

Ellie's heart breaks as she sang her eyes whole heartedly. If she could sing her way out, she would have. She would break her promise for herself and her dad just to take away all of the pain she's feeling. She knew she'll lose compare to Nini.

Nini was more beautiful than Ellie. She's more talented than her. She's more than Ellie. Ellie knew if she pursue this she would end up broken hearted like Ty said.

Isn't that what love is, to risk it all?, Ellie thought. The cold breeze met Ellie's face as she stood as she waited for him. But no one met Ellie's eyes as she went to their meeting place.

She breathe and looked down. Disappointment  plastered to her face. Of course, he won't come. Thinking of Ricky being with Nini since she was the one whom Ricky loves. Ellie exhaled and tighten her grip on her strap bag. Realizing that she already got the answer from Ricky about her confession last night. Heart broken she turn, Ellie trying to hold back the tears. Holding it in is much worse when crying. But she didn't care she didn't want to cry. Since, these couple of days she's always crying, broken hearted. Ellie bit her lip and drew her phone texting Ty to ready a big cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream at his house.

It's on the line

The voice was familiar. It was clear and gentle voice that suits the soulful song that Ellie was singing before.

Tears instantly came fall Ellie's cheeks. As Ricky walks, there's expectation in his gleaming eyes.

I need to know if I should raise or fold
My heart is stuck on hold

Ellie let out a smile, the smile that Ricky missed these couple of days. He missed her though, badly. Ricky held Ellie's hands and raised them.

And kissed them. Ellie's eyes met his beautiful eyes. Ricky closed his eyes allowing Ellie to see how long his eyelashes are. Which she loves.

"You won't love alone. Because... I'm here." Before Ellie could react, his lips met hers. Ellie were surprised at first her eyes fixated on the blue clouds. Ricky's hand caressed Ellie's cheeks making Ellie close her eyes. Her heart beating so fast and Ricky could hear it. Making him smile at her lips.

Catching their breath. Ellie and Ricky let go of each other. Ellie could not believe it. So was Ricky. They stood in front each other. Blushing furiously and all after confessing to each other.
