         Hey there, it's me the author taking a moment to talk to you, the reader, directly. So, I've been writing this for a while now and I'm sure that a lot of people (that have read up to this point) have questions about some things. First things first though, if you've made it to this point and have read all 101 pages up to here, thank you very much! In this day and age, a lot of people don't read things that are THIS long anymore so thanks again.

         If you haven't noticed it by now, there are quite a few references in this story of mine. Such as the wires and the swinging, that's literally referencing Spider-Man's ability to shoot webs and use those to get around with. Vincent's quirk is basically a significantly stronger version of Momo's quirk but, as you know, with a significantly higher drawback. (That may or may not be a side plot between those two brought up in the story, stay tuned for that.) Vincent's ability to teleport is a reference to Vergil's ability to teleport from the Devil May Cry series and Christin's entire existence is a reference to Ozpin from the RWBY series, though rest assured, the extent of Christin "taking over" will only be voluntary when Vincent gives permission or when he falls unconscious as per stated earlier in the story.

         There will be more references the longer the story goes on, let's see if you can point them out. As far as the story's direction, it is kind of loosely following the actual MHA series itself up until I decide to, well end it. Obviously, there will be side stories and changes to some character as the story goes on such as events at the underground mall, Sato's, Midoriya and Uraraka being friends prior to UA, Himiko Toga being able to copy a person's quirk if she ingests enough blood and various other things. I've purposely left out the shock and surprise that would have reasonably happened at the class realizing that a, now ex, League of Villains member was attending UA because it will be explained and brought up within the next two chapters.

         I am aware that I haven't told too much about Vincent's background and such but worry not, I'll go more in-depth about him later on and I'm sure some people are wondering about how his parents were. Concerning the AU with Himiko Toga being a hero, that stemmed from, in my experience, seeing very few fanfictions involving Toga being a hero, let alone attending UA High. I figured I would add to that small pile because I know there's someone else out there who prefers that in their MHA fanfictions.
