The stars were always something I was fascinated in. Beautiful lights from millions of light years away. They always brought peace and are the light of darkness. If I didn't live in the city, they would be so much brighter. The warm blanket wrapped around me as I stared up. The music quietly tranferring from the headphones to my ears. This was my safe place, plus I always had a visitor at the same time each night.

If he was late, it would worry me but I shouldn't be. We weren't actually dating, we only talked. Mostly about me since his identity was a secret.

"Hey, what kind of snacks do you have this time?" His voice louder than the music. Turning it off and removing my headphones I smiled at him.

"Popcorn and brownies." I offered him from my small stash. He lifted his mask only slightly above his nose. He took a bite of brownie and I stared back up at the stars.

"Do you think there is other humans in space? Like I know we have had aliens raid a few years back but could humans be up there without anyone knowing?" I looked back at him.

"I could see that as a possibility, but with the government we can't really know. They might be hiding thousands of things from us." He replied going back to his sweet treat. I rested my head on his shoulder and I felt him tense before easing up.

He felt so warm, everything felt calm around him. "I would volunteer to go to space if I got the chance."

"But then I wouldn't get to see you anymore." He frowned and looked up.

"You could come with me. Be a space superhero, fighting off evil and traveling across galaxies." I brought my arm up and moved it across the sky, giggling and sitting back up.

"But who would watch Queens?" He looked over to me and I looked at his lips. I never saw anything more than his jaw and lips.

"Well there are plenty of heroes here. Flacon, Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye-"

"Okay, I get it." He laughed and looked over at me again. I felt him lean in, brushing his lips against mine. Inside my head all I could think about was happiness. I brought a hand up to his jaw when I heard a ring. I pulled his mask down again and made sure it tucked into his suit. He only stared.

"I'm sorry I have to go."

"Well I get to see you tomorrow night." I smiled and he got up and swung away. I picked up the snacks and walked down the fire escape to my bedroom window. When I closed the blinds I let out a squeal. He kissed me! His lips were as soft as I imagined. I never wanted it to end but here we are.

I put my books in my locker, listening to my music once again. Flash purposefully bumped into me causing me to drop my things. I rolled my eyes and got down and started scooping up my colorful pens and books. A figure got down too and started picking up my loose papers.

"Oh, thank you. Flash is just being a dick again." I stated and removed one ear bud. I looked up to see Peter and smiled slightly.

"When is he not an ass?" He remarked and smiled. "Hey, you should sit with MJ, Ned, and I at lunch."

"Thank you. Maybe, I haven't seen you and Ned since elementary school, wouldn't it be weird?" I asked nervously. We kind of fell apart after middle school when I started distancing myself.

"Not at all, we miss hanging with you." He reassured but I was still hesitant. I reluctantly nodded and put everything in my bag.
