Today I woke up and felt the sun
On my cheeks and his touch
Reminded me of your fingers
Rays of sunshine kissed
My lips as gently as you used to
All the time.
It smells just like you, of star powder and love
And those two combined can
Drive you crazy like a drug.
The only thing that slapped me to reality
Was that the sun
Gave every single heart a bit of warmth
While you, sadly
Wanted to win another's heart
By breaking mine.
