A week has passed since Katá died. Raven, Shane, Maya, and I made our last few trips back to the drop ship. We finished connecting the roof to all the shelters. Lately it's been raining nonstop. Luckily it doesn't snow here or else we'd all be in trouble.

"Okay. So we've mapped out all that we could. The Ark, we assume, landed here," Shane pointed to a circle on the drawn out map. Clarke, Bellamy, Lincoln, Finn, and I were hovered around the main table in the storage tent.
"We may just have to go check it out," Shane continued.
"And what if it's not the Ark? What if it's a trap that the Grounders set up?," Finn said.
"That's why we need to go and scout it out. It's dangerous, but it's the only way."
"How's the radio coming along?," Bellamy asked me.
"Raven and I are working on it. One of them is already up and running, but signals are weak."
"We should keep watch twenty-four-seven. I'll take the first shift."
Lincoln took a step back, "I'll go and take a look tonight."
"You'll need back up" Finn held up his gun. Clarke had a disapproving look, but didn't say anything.
"What do we do if it isn't Grounders?," I leaned over the table and studied the map.
"Leave them alone, unless they what something. Then we negotiate. If that doesn't work... We fight," Bellamy answered.
The rest of the day was just planning, arguing, or bickering. Bellamy was bringing up possibilities that weren't likely to happen. Kind of like he was stalling time. Until nightfall, we decided to take a break. I walked outside and rubbed my sore neck.
"It's a long process I know, but we need to make sure that we're doing the right thing."
I was tired of hearing about this subject so I just nodded. We went back to our tent and rested up. I couldn't stop thinking about how weird everyone's been acting lately. As of they're hiding something.

When I woke up, Bellamy wasn't next to me. It was still night time because the light of the campfire shone through the entrance. I decided to find Leyla and walked out. As soon as I was out, Bellamy step in front of me.
"Hi."
"Hi... What's this?" I peered over his shoulder and saw a crowd huddling around the campfire.
"I'll show you."
He took both of my hands and led me to the middle. Everyone's eyes were on the both of us.
"Um... What's going on?," I whispered to him. He smiled and ignored my question.
"I know that lately it's been rough, and this isn't going to be much of a solution to anything. Ever since I saw you for the first time on the Ark, there was something that kept me thinking about you. I kept asking myself, was it her eyes? Her smartness? Her delicate-yet-stubborn personality? Once I saw you again down here, the answer hit me. It was everything. You have this effect on me... An effect that makes Octavia look at me in a smirky way when we hug," he look at laughing Octavia and looked back.
"My point is, I love you. And to prove it," he knelt down on one knee, still holding onto my hands, "I have one simple question."
I couldn't stop beaming because I knew what was going to happen next.
"Will you marry me?," he grinned.
Nothing came out of my mouth because I was too elated, so I laughed and nodded yes. He got up and kissed me. Everyone around us cheer and jumped with joy. We pulled apart and he asked, "I know I don't have a ring or anything but-"
"It's okay," I interrupted him, "This is perfect."
He sarcastically sighed with relief and kissed me again. Everyone congratulated us as we made our way to our tent.
As soon as we got in, the gang was there already waiting for us.
Leyla was jumping up and down, "Yay! I call being the flower girl!"
We all laughed and hugged everyone.
"So," Raven said, "It's official. There's going to be more than one Leyla."
I playfully pushed her as Finn laughed.
Jasper nudged Monty, "What are you gonna wear? First wedding, gotta look flashin'."
Clarke came up to us, "Congratulations. It's been long waited."
"Thank you," I nodded.
"Well we won't keep the new couple waiting any longer," Raven said to everyone; then to us, "Live while the nights young."
Bellamy and I looked at each other and smiled.

We laid there in the dark, trying to fall asleep. As soon as everyone left, we went straight to bed, exhausted, because of all the camp "counselors" meetings.
I whispered over my shoulder, "You awake?"
"Haven't slipped," he turned on his other side, towards me.
I did the same, "How are you feeling?"
"...Ecstatic."
"Me too."
I could tell we were face to face; I felt his breath stroking my cheek. It was now quiet for a few minutes.
Just as I thought he was asleep, he asked, "How's you're stomach?"
"Better," I lied.
The morning and night sickness was actually getting worse. I asked Lincoln about it and his theory was: the infections I got during the "Reaper chase". I didn't need Bellamy to worry about a small infection when the people needed more help.
Soon after, I fell asleep to songs of the early birds.
