The bridge was covered in smoke as our trio entered the center.  Dad immediately backed me into a corner where I could still help but I would't have to worry about watching my back.  He alerted Coulson of my prescence, recieved his orders, and entered the fray again.  Agent Coulson nodded his head in my direction and fired of more rounds from his gun with the rest of the agents,  I stayed in my corner, like I promised, conserving my arrows and only shooting when I knew for certain I could make the shot or someone else was in trouble.

Ten or fifteen minutes into the fight things started to die down.  I still wasn't exactly sure who the enemy was since I had only fired on those who were attacking the agents I knew and trusted.  Right when I was about to come out of my corner someone yelled "grenade!" and I through myself to the ground right as a bomb went off.  It took me a few second to clear my head but I soon heard the sound of a tortured moan.  I looked around and soon found a injured agent with a piece of shrapnel stuck in his gut.  I acted on instinct as I ran from my spot and dropped down beside him, assessing the situation.  The piece of metal wasn't in very deep so I was able to maneuver it out with out risking the agent bleeding out.  I placed both of my hands over the wound, hooking my bow on my back with my quiver.  I yelled into the fray,

"I have an agent down, shrapnel to the gut, I need a medic!"

I heard more shuffling and similar calls echo throughout the room.  I also heard Coulson calling my name but I was too worried about the agent bleeding into my hands.  I looked into his eyes and whispered words of encouragement to him but I was soon distracted when he started mumbling something, not quite making sound but I read his lips.

Behind you. The last thing I saw was a blue ball of light before I met the darkness.
