As soon as Jack left the mansion Elijah and Klaus were the first to notice. He hadn't said goodbye to anyone and didn't seem to care who saw him.

The two brothers were in mid conversation with Carol and some other members of the council they couldn't care less about. "Sorry everybody, we'll be right back" Klaus excused.

Klaus and Elijah stood at the front door watching their brother walk further and further out of sight. "Do we follow him?" Elijah asked.

Klaus thought for a moment, "Eventually, yes. First we need to speak to Ms. Maxine Gilbert" he spoke coldly.

Elijah put his hand in front of Klaus to stop him leaving. "Niklaus, I suggest you don't do anything you'll regret" he said calmly.

Klaus scoffed and then chugged the rest of his glass, "You know I don't take any of your suggestions" he reminded. "After what she's done to Henrik it's fair game" he added, walking off to the ball room.

Elijah exhaled and debated following after Klaus, then decided against it knowing he really didn't care what happened to Max, nobody could hurt his brother and then expect to walk away clean.

He then looked around and set his glass on a table nearby, leaving the mansion following where his brother had gone, making sure to let him get out whatever he's feeling right now, due to his experience with Klaus he knew it was anger.

JACK HAD no clue where he was off to, he just knew he had to leave that party. The more time he spent thinking about Max the more he just wanted to scream and he knew letting his powers control him was never a good idea.

Without realizing it he was panting, not out of exhaust but out of all the thoughts swirling around in his head. When did she stop loving me? he question unsure. What did I even do for this to happen? his mind screamed over and over.

If he was sure about one thing in his life right now he knew he was done with the lies, done with everyone treating him like some five-year-old who couldn't handle himself. He hated that. He felt like a ticking time bomb just waiting to go off.

"Stupid, stupid stupid Jack" he muttered to himself. God he felt really stupid. All I wanted was an apology god was that to much to ask for? he asked himself. "Stupid" he continued muttering. He was ticked off.

He stomped around the forest unknown to the ice that was covering the ground everywhere he walked. "She's such a bitch" he said to nobody but himself, "she loves someone else, I wasn't even on her mind and I just let her get away with it" he raised his voice.
