This morning was hectic, after taking attendance in the classroom we were quickly ushered off to the locker rooms in the gym with our hero costumes to get changed. We were rushed there as well because we were apparently running late to get to U.S.J, once everyone was done getting changed we were led out to the bus to transport us there. It was a short drive though so there wasn't much time to relax, it was only a ten minute drive. The bus slowed to a halt, and once we all got off we couldn't help but gawk at the facility. It was probably as big as the U.A campus itself. I couldn't help but notice that there were some new faces in the class. I guess I didn't notice sooner since I wasn't paying too much attention to my surroundings in class usually.
"Alright, nerds! Let's hurry up and get inside, we're burning daylight!"
"He's really rushing us today..." I looked beside me to Kazu as he spoke, all I could really do was simply nod, it was a bit annoying to be rushed so much but I didn't really mind too much. We were brought through the large blue front doors to be greeted by what looked like an amusement park. But it didn't have rides. Instead in every direction there was some sort of biome or terrain that was vastly different from the others, while two of them had large domes over them. One with a massive flame decal on the dome and the other having what looks like a storm decal on it. We were standing at the top of the steps to be soon greeted by two heroes, one was dressed in a black short sleeve jacket with white lightning decals on it. Matching black pants and a pair of goofy looking sunglasses, he had a head of yellow styled hair with a black lightning bolt in his hair, I couldn't tell if it was natural or if he found a way to dye that spot like that. It was the Pro Hero: Chargebolt. Beside him was a girl with black hair up in a ponytail and a red top that exposed her stomach region and upper chest before coming back together to together at the top to form the collar of the top. She was also wearing white high heel boots and some gold bracelets, I didn't really recognize her since I don't know the female heroes as well.
"What's up everyone! Hope you guys didn't mind the bus ride here, welcome to U.S.J!" Chargebolt put his arms up in the air in a presentational way as he turned to face behind him at the facility grounds. The girl soon spoke.
"You probably know this phone charger here as Chargebolt, and for those of you who don't know me, im Momo Yaoyorozu. The Everything Hero: Creati!" Once she mentioned her name, I started to recognize her. I had seen her in the news a few times when I was younger. Chargebolt turned around and spoke.
"My real name is Denki Kaminari if you're interested, but be sure to call us by our hero names! It's only respectful to do so!"
"Last names work too."
"Yup! That too" Denki pointed to Momo as he agreed with her.
"Now, your definitely going to be wondering why you guys are all here, today you guys will be here to training on how to handle heroics during natural disasters! We've analyzed each and everyone of your guy's quirks and will be assigning you to specific zones with a few other students where your Quirks will fit." I couldn't help but wonder where I would be placed with my Ink quirk, it wasn't all that much to gawk at and I didn't really understand where it might work best. Maybe I would be put in the ruins zone.
"Excuse me! But... What exactly are we being tested on here? I know we're here to train for natural disasters but I feel like there's something else." Zota had his hand up the entire time as he spoke, and Chargebolt was quick to answer.
"Duh! You guys are here to expand the use of your quirks into more heroic actions than just fighting! Though I will warn you, some of you will be put in terrains that will work against your quirk to really prove if you can make it as a hero. Though this is only for those who have been slacking in training and classes." Will I count as part of that slacking? I've missed a lot of class now... But that's not really even my fault. I sighed softly, having a gut feeling I would be counted. After questions from other students were over, we were broken up into groups. I was paired with Sakura, a new girl named Tori Aisaka, and a tall guy named Duraka Bi-gama. We were then sent to the large dome structure with the storm decals on it. Above the doors that lead into the dome read "Downpour Zone"
