10 - Ill Be Good

With our things in my car we drove away from everything she really knew and I drove to a place we're I had everything. I knew I had time until I'd have to be around everything I knew, but no amount of time could be enough for me to be ready.

I felt her hand intertwine with mine which made my attention go to her. She looked tired and so fragile in a way yet she smiled at me.

"Thank you" she said

"For?"

"Everything" "I truly don't know what I'd do without you"

I rub my thumb on her hand "I don't know what I'd do without you either"

"This isn't going to be easy but you don't have to go trough this alone, you have me" she said

I couldn't help what I felt, I wish I could because our friendship was so special to me but I could feel myself falling for this girl.

~Peyton's POV

I was terrified and I didn't know what was to come, yet here I was with Bryson moving away from the horrible place I called home. Being with Jed will forever be unexplainable, he ruined my view of the world, yet being with Bryson it was all so easy to love.

I look at him as he's driving and I can't help but think how life would be if we had found each other first. It's crazy yet I feel like things would be different if we had, maybe we'd not even by as close as we are now.

Things always happen the way their supposed to. I look out the window every home passing by, I'm nervous on how things are going to go when we arrive.

Bryson's POV*

We arrived at the hotel I got for us, I could of asked my mom if we could stay with them but I didn't want to make Peyton more uncomfortable than she already was.

We walk to our room which is huge thankfully since we will be living here for awhile.

I set my bags down and my phone begins to ring it was Jasper.

On the phone with Jasper:

Me: what's up?

J: hey are you around already?

M: yeah we just got in what's up?

J: just wondering if we could come over?

M: we?

My heart began to race wondering who he was talking about.

J: all of us we want to see you Bryson it's been so long since everyone's seen you

M: what do you mean by everyone?

J: everyone except for Carter, Elijah, and the twins they are on a mini vacation and they'll be back until tomorrow.
J: I don't know if y'all want to come over or if you want us to go over.

I look at peyton who's listening to the conversation since I had it on speaker.

"We can go" she says

"You sure?" I ask

She just smiles and says yes.

M: we'll be there in a bit Jasp.

J: Cool see y'all soon!

End of call.
