name- неизвестный or neizvestnyy his friends call him neinei (neenee)

birthday- may 31 2002
appearance- he has pale green skin like very pale green, black eyes that seem to have a galaxy in them, naturally black nails that are as hard as tytanium (the stormlight archives gave me that idea), choppy neon green hair, ussually wears one of those facemask things that cover only your mouth and nose, has thE SHARPEST OF TEETH, he has a very androdgynous body type, his cheeks are always a slightly darker green as if hes blushing, and hes rather weak

personality- he usually seems sassy but if you look very closely in his eyes you can see the galaxy changes color based on what hes feeling, he keeps a completely straight face or a sassy smirk in most situations, very stern, mom friend, somehow attracts all the other gays, hes often very onfused because he has serious attention deficit hyper-activity disorder but cant get medicine for it, hes usually very open if you ask him a question.
quirk- circuit overdrive
about quirk- he can control anything that has eletricity flowing through it, even humans as they have electricity in their brain but that takes more energy, you can see when hes using his quirk because he opens up screens and he "connects" to a person the same way your phone connects to a familiar wifi
this is his hero outfit I let my friend choose it makes sense thought since he doesnt have physical strength hed need armor to protect himself if an enemy did get close
