(A/N: Sorry if you don't like POV changes but I thought about this for a week and honestly, I can't keep it in Lucy's POV for this chapter; this will only happen in maybe three chapters, I promise!)
DEAN POV
After leaving Lucy in the trailer, I find "Jared", and good god, what the hell is this boy wearing? Okay, Gabriel has officially taken it too far this time.
"Gosh, everyone is ready to film except for me," Fake Sam remarks.
"Eh, well you know me, always the early bird," I say.
"Yeah, right. Nice joke, Jensen," Fake Sam laughs.
Rolling my eyes for good measure, I counter, "Says the guy who isn't ready yet."
"Touché."
"Today feels weird. Doesn't it feel weird to you?" I ask, trying to see if the real Sam is in there at all.
"Well, other than my encounter with Sasha this morning, no."
"What did she do?"
"She called me Sam a few times by mistake. I think maybe she was just nervous for shooting today."
"Yeah, maybe. Or maybe she was just trying to practice a scene -" I am cut off by the sound of screaming.
Lucy.
"Help!" I hear her scream.
"Was that - ?" Fake Sam begins to ask before I start sprinting back to "Sasha's" trailer. I only told her to scream if Gabriel came back, but I never thought she'd actually listen.
The door is locked. Why does she choose today to finally listen to me?
Another slight scream.
"Can you open the door?" I yell, and I see some more people coming to the trailer. Luckily, Lucy is able to unlock the door. Well, not all the way, but enough to where I can shove it open. There are two indents in the carpet where Gabriel must have been.
"Dean," Lucy says, snapping me back to reality. The front of her shirt is covered in blood. Did Gabriel re-open her old cut?
"It feels like something inside of me exploded...it burns," Lucy tries to explain.
"Are you sure that it was Gabriel and not Lucifer?" I ask, trying to figure out what happened.
"I don't know, but I think it was Gabriel," Lucy says in a low voice.
"Okay, well, don't worry, you'll be okay," I say, "Is there a phone in here?"
"I think...there's one on the wall over there..." Lucy whispers. "Hurry."
After calling 911, Lucy had lost consciousness a few times, each time lasting longer than the last. Shortly after that, tons of people looked on as Lucy was taken away on a stretcher, I was questioned by police, etcetera. Now, here in a hospital, Lucy is on life support in the ICU. The doctors say that she had gone into hypovolemic shock, which is apparently caused by massive blood loss. They think that something had burst in "Sasha's" stomach; maybe her liver, maybe the spleen, who knows. I know what had happened, but the people in this universe don't know. I am told that "Sasha's baby" obviously died. It's dumb, because I know for a fact that Lucy wasn't the type to go out and sleep around, and sure as hell she wouldn't be stupid about it.
My ten minutes in Lucy's room are up, but my time in this place, sadly, is not. Since I have nothing else to do and Gabriel can't possibly make things any worse (if he just killed Lucy, I would know that if I ever got home, she could be brought back) I might as well try to find him. Maybe I'll even get to decapitate him, who the hell knows.
