It was morning. I slowly open my eyes and look up and see Kurtis laying with me. Oh my god is all I can say over and over in my head. I can't believe he actually stayed the night. Ever since he came in last night and lay down with me I haven't had a bad dream. I felt safe. I finally got to sleep without being frustrated or sad. This was my first good sleep in a long time. I look at him while he was still sleeping. He looks so peaceful, I smiled a little.
Then it hit me. My Tia what would she think? He has to get out before she comes to see me. I look at the time and it was already 1:00pm. I push him to wake up. "Huh?" He opens his eyes then once he realized he was in my hotel room he opened them way faster.
"Woah what happened?" He looks around and then he cheeks his clothes. I push his arms. "Hey we didn't do anything". He laughs. "I know I was just joking with you". I laugh back. "Very funny. Anyways you have to go before my Tia sees you in here." He smirks. "Well she might approve." I slap him. "As if; but hey nice try. Now get out!" I point at the door. He puts his hand up in defeat then leaves the room.
Then I take a quick shower and got ready and acted like nothing ever happened. The whole day I tried so hard to ignore the fact that Kurtis was with me through the whole night; but I was great full for his company. Hopefully my Tia can understand if she ever finds out.
