Chapter 16: The Final Battle

After their moment of confession, Frank uplifted Ling by assuring her that he will betray the queen and will help her to confess that Ling is really the daughter of the Emperor.

They secretly went inside the wardrobe and look for some outfit to wear then Ling found a white swordsman outfit while Frank chooses to wear british warrior white outfit which the Empress prepared for him when he goes back to her.

The morning is fast approaching as they prepared themselves and try to reach food at the kitchen when they find themselves starving.  They also get the swords and other weapons as their tool to fight with the Empress in case they will be attacked.

They run towards the kingdom hall when the Emperor talks to his soldiers. The soldiers then went out when Frank and Ling appeared in front of the Emperor.

Emperor then asked "Who are you?"

"Your majesty, please, we are here not to do the fight, but will confess something." Frank then said.

"I know you're Frank, right? Don't you know that I know already you have a relationship with my Empress? Why do I have to believe you?" Emperor said.

"It's about your daughter your majesty?" Frank then confess.

"Is that girl what you mean? No! My daughter is already died. How silly is that, that girl who killed several Emperors and Empress, and now you will tell me she is my daughter? How disgusting is that!" The Emperor said, pointing at Ling.

Frank then showed a birthmark of Ling at the back below the kneck.

The Emperor then recalled the first time when he carried his dying newborn daughter who has a birthmark at the back below the kneck. Then recalled how his wife died of giving birth to his daughter.

The Emperor then tearfully denied "No! It's unbelievable! She's not my daughter, my daughter already died when she was born."

"Ask your Empress how she did that to you!"

The Empress then appeared towards them.

"Oh c'mon Frank! What a confession? Very good job! You betrayed me after all when you realize that the girl you love is a daughter of the Emperor. After all, you still after for the wealth and power. And here she is will still fulfill your wishes despite of betraying me." The Empress annoy Frank.

"No darling, she is not your daughter. Don't believe in that silly man!"  The Empress then told the Emperor.

The Emperor madly said "Get them to jail!"

The soldiers are approaching them when Ling said "No! You cannot put us to jail. If you don't believe in us, then we will end this with a fight!"

Then the soldiers attacked them, as they do the fight with the soldiers, while the Emperor and Empress watched them fight.

The Emperor realizes the fighting skills of Ling is the same with his deceased wife and also the same as Ling. The Emperor partly convinced of Frank's confession but he's just denial to admit it.

Then Simon and the team appeared inside the Kingdom Hall to help them fight with the soldiers when Ling approached the Emperor and summoned him for a fight.

"If you're not convinced your majesty, then we'll do a fight. Let's see who will die between us and who will make a regret."

Then the Emperor then agreed to make a fight. Then they fight with their combat prowess. Ling do a stunt, the Emperor also do a stunt. They both fight with a sword.

Then Frank, after looking at Ling who did the fight with the Emperor, approaches the Empress and said "Your majesty, let's end this relationship with killing!"

Then the Empress said sarcastically "Ok. Hope you will be killed by me. How ridiculous you are of betraying me." Then the Empress attacked Frank and they do the fight.

Then the Emperor left himself lying in the floor while Ling is at his top, about to thrust the sword towards his chest when the Emperor tearfully said "I am now convinced that you are really my daughter. Am sorry for the years of not searching for you. Now, you can kill me if you want as my repay of my deficiencies towards you." Then Ling set aside her sword and helped the Emperor to get up.

This time, the Empress was able Frank to get wounded by her knife, Frank then lied at the wall as the wound gets aching, then the Empress, while Ling helped the Emperor to get up, approaches Ling to thrust Ling's back with a knife, when Frank noticed the Empress almost near the back of Ling, then he hurriedly lift up himself and run towards the Empress, then he thrust her a knife at her back opposite to her chest, and have the Empress ended lying herself at the floor when Ling turns back and saw it. Then she saw Frank at her back, with a blood in his stomach.

The Emperor gets shocked as his Empress lies at the floor, dying.

Then the Emperor then approached the Empress, while the Empress said "help me! please help me!"

The Emperor then said "Thank you for betraying me, now that I know how unfaithful you are and how you ruin my life since at the start. I don't need you now as I already find my own daughter. Rest in peace my Empress."

Then the Emperor approaches Ling and hug her so tightly. Then he said to his soldiers to help Frank heal, which at this time, lies himself at the floor, gets collapsed.

Ling gets worried and said to the Emperor "he's the one that I love. I wish you will still forgive him after what he have done to your Empress."

"It's my Empress who flirted him. I know that from the start but I just let her do that to him. Don't worry my daughter, we will assure he will be healed and that you will get married afterwards, at the day when I will finally announce you as my daughter and my princess."

Then Ling hugs his father when Simon and the team appeared towards her.

"By the way father, he is the one who takes care of me. He is Simon and together with his team."

Then the Emperor smiled at them and asked the soldiers to assist them.

Then Ling and the Emperor goes to the medication room, as Frank was on the process of medication. Then one subordinate approaches the Emperor and said "He is now healed. We are now have stitched his wound and moments later he will be ok.
