Chapter 14


“We have to go out!”

“Tom, I’m tired! We’ve been in the air like forever”

“So? I got myself a pretty good restorer!” Tom said with a big smile on his lips. 

“And again; you are disgusting!”

“You are just jealous because you didn’t get laid!”

“Alright! Both of you; shut the fuck up!” Georg interrupted us. “We go out! Bill, you know that it always turns out the way Tom wants it, so I don’t understand why you’re nagging against”

I looked at my brother and then at Georg. Those words usually didn’t come out of his mouth. 

“What?” He said smiling as we entered our house.

I just shook at him and soon felt the amazing feeling to be home again. 

“Oh, lovely home! I’ve missed you” I said as I was walking towards my bedroom. The clock was almost 11pm. 

“So, we are going out?” Tom yelled behind my back. 

“Yes, you moron!”


We arrived to the club almost an hour later. They guys would blame it on me, to my defense I had been in the air for hours and I really needed a long shower. 

“Oh, I get it… You needed a “long” shower!” Tom blurted in laughter as we all had walked out to the car. 

The best part was that I got to hit him in the head.

“Bill, would you do us the honor to order? Since you had us waiting for like an hour for you to come out the bathroom?” Tom smiled.

One thing is sure, my big brother is back to normal, I thought to myself as I made my way to the bar.

After I ordered I was on my way back to our table, when I bumped into someone. 

“Oh, I’m sorry”

I turned around to look at the person I bumped into, and my world stopped.

She was almost almost as tall as me, she had brown eyes – which I drowned into – and long brown hair.

“No, It’s fine” She smiled at me. Her smile, I shouldn’t even go into it. Let’s just say that it was the most beautiful smile I ever seen. 

“I’m Bill”

“Hey, I’m Alicia”

“Nice to meet you, Alicia”

“Same here” Her smile was still on her lips and I couldn’t help but stare.

But finally I had to take away my eyes from her, before I would eye-rape her. I knew I couldn’t help myself. She was the loveliest woman I ever met.

I cleared my throat. 

“Would you like to dance?” I said as I saw her was about to leave. 

“Sure… But maybe you should get those drinks away first?” she giggled and I nodded my head. 

“Be right back. Don’t go anywhere”

“I’ll be waiting here”

I, sort of, ran to the table where the rest of the guys sat down. 

“Oh, god, how long can it take to buy some drinks?” Tom blurted as I sat down the glasses on the table and turned around. “Bill, where are you going?” I heard my brother asked behind me, but I didn’t answer.

Alicia stood on the same spot that I had left her and I couldn’t help but smile.
She smiled back at me as I touched her body and we began to move to the song that was playing.

I’m sure I could have recognized it, but my brain was high above the stars.

When the fourth song ended she took a step from me. 

“Well, this was fun” She said and turned around. 

If I let her go now I would never, ever see her again, I thought to myself.
