Falling backwards I sucked in a sharp painful breath as i was tugged back to the present. Tears coated my cheeks and i a sob ripped form my chest as i scrambled to my feet. My breaths heaved with anger. I felt myself losing control. The drugs within me were starting to wear of. I could feel my powers returning. I realized then that my seer power wasn't affected by those drugs thankfully. I wondered why but was so glad Dakkar didn't know this. It seemed he didn't know as much about me as he thought he did

I glanced back at my sleeping mother wanting desperately to wake her. But i didnt know how. Other than killing Nax

A thought sprang into my mind then, a sinister one. I wanted to kill them all. I would kill them all. Starting with Nax and Dakkar. I would free my mother. Free us all from this prison.Then i was going after his father

But i needed to get my power back. Indecision warred inside me, Knowing without a doubt that if I left he would  hurt everyone I loved out of spite. Yet if i stayed he would continue using those drugs and i would never get any of us free

Suddenly the door flew open and Dakkar stormed in with a groups of guards at his back

"You continue to disappoint me my sweet" He spoke calmly

"FUCK YOU!! How dare you do this to my mother!!. Your a despicable monster. i will never  love you!  do you hear me! NEVER!"  i screamed at him

"I will KIll you!!" I roared 

"On contrary you will love me. marry me.  and bare my heir.  whether you wish to or not. DO not worry. if you are a good wife and please me. i will not harm your mother. she will never wake of course, she's far too powerful, but she will be safe and cared for.  I'll even allow you to see her form time to time"

He motioned for the guard and they rushed in towards me

I snarled as they approached. One  grabbed at me and then yelped in pain and surprise. The flesh on his palms had been seared

My powers were returning. I smirked at that

Dakkar looked at me shocked and worried

"Get the serum and the Wards"

My eyes widened with his words, Quickly i racked my brain for a solution. If i couldn't use my powers to kill them now, then i should just surrender because i knew i wasn't leaving my mother here. Dakkar already threatened to harm her if i escarped. My only choice was to kill him.

I strained my body hoping to get my powers to return fully before the wards came and the serum suppressed them again

I growled in frustration when nothing happened. I felt him watching me; enjoying my struggle and helplessness

"There is no recourse for you. No way to win other than to submit to me"

I growled at him

"Id die first" I spat hatefully

He only chuckled 

Then many new faces piled into the room

The two who immediately moved toward me i knew were the Wards. Their faces twisted in an evil sneer.

I didn't even bother to struggle; even as everything in me whispered to kill. maim demolish. They clutched me in a bruising hold while a guard pierced my arm with the subduing drug

Dakkar smiled as they did. then he opened his venomous mouth to spill more of his vile filth forth 

"You have left me no other option my sweet. I must have your complete compliance. Know that i take no joy in what is about to transpire...well maybe a tiny amount of joy." 

I narrowed my eyes at his words. What hell was this sick fuck talking about now?

"I bet you do you sick bastard. Just know it doesn't matter what you do to me. I am more powerful than you know and I will find a way to kill you. And with your dying breath i will stand over your rotting corpse and smile."

 "It seems my betrothed needs far harsher convincing. Perhaps of a different kind. Take her to the.........Chamber"

The word sounded ominous. My mind flashed to the bruises my mother had. Instinctively I knew that was what he intended for me

Still i smirked at him as they escorted me out of the room; Promising to myself that one day soon Dakkar would meet his end by my own hand and i wouldn't make it quick............
