Chapter 19

A few hours later Asia calls Josh and puts it on speaker.

"Hello?", he said.

"Hey", she said in a nervous voice. "How you doing?"

"Good?", he said. "Everything okay?", he asked.

"Yea", she said.

"You don't usually call me", Josh said.

"Yea I know.. I um just wanted to tell you something", Asia said.

"Okay, go ahead", he said.

"Well, um I've been.. ", Asia was cut off because she got a text from G. "Hold on", she said.

"Okay", Josh said.

Asia read the message in her head.

MESSAGE
G💓🤗: I don't know if you wanna talk tonight or tomorrow about our relationship but I can't do it over the phone. I need to do it in person.

Asia sighed.

"You've been what Asia?", Josh asked.

"I've been thinking about what we were wanna do for the kids birthday", Asia said changing the subject.

"Oh well I know they might wanna do stuff separate. I don't know let's talk to them about it", Josh said.

"Okay. Just be ready for your half. Their expensive", Asia said.

"Iight bet", Josh said.

"Okay. I'll talk to you later". Asia said.

"Alright", he said.

Asia hung up and called G.

G answered the phone. "Hello?", he said.

"I got your message. What is that?", she asked.

"A message?", G said.

"Like what do you need to tell me??", She asked. "Because if you wanna break up just tell me straight up now"

"Nah in person", G said.

"Fuck this. Today you really hurt my feelings and I'm not about to put up with that", Asia said.

"You need to stop being to sensitive and start seeing when you're wrong Asia", G said.

Asia was silent.

"Like I don't understand", G said. "Why the fuck should he care?"

Asia still didn't say anything.

"You know what fuck it. I'm not about to argue with you and I'm not going to let myself be pissed about this hit. You ain't saying nothing so I'm basically talking to myself", G said. "Let's just break up"

"I told you I was going to tell him", she said.

"You need to tell him that shit now", G said.

"I literally was about to until you texted me with some bullshit", Asia said.

"Asia please. If it took you this long to tell him we shouldn't even be together, period", G said.

"You know what, fuck it. I'm not about to do with you or anybody. If you wanna go then leave", Asia said.

"Iight bet", G said. "Cause apparently you don't give a damn about this relationship"

Asia hangs up in his face and starts to tear up.

Nicole walk in the house and Asia quickly wipes her tears. "Hey Nicole", she said sounding normal. "How was school"

"Good", she said.
