Later that day, Zay finally comes and Asia let's him in.
"How you been?", Zay asked.
"I've been good", Asia replied.
"Heard Josh is back", Zay said.
"Yea", Asia said.
"I know you're happy", Zay said.
"Yea.. but we actually got a divorce. Well we're getting one", Asia said.
"Oh really?", Zay asked.
"Yea", Asia said.
"So that means your single?", Zay asked.
"Ehhh", Asia said.
"Oh", Zay said. "Guess no"
"But how have you been. You and your wife", Asia asked.
"Guess you don't check out the celebrity news", Zay said. "We got a divorce"
"Oh.. I'm sorry to hear that.. but didn't y'all just get married last year?", Asia asked.
"Yea.. found how she wasn't shit but a gold digger. Good thing she signed a prenup though", Zay said.
Asia sat next to Zay. "Look at us. We both going through a divorce", she said.
"Well I guess my problem is me trying to find similarities in this girl I was feeling. But no matter how much somebody might act like her, it ain't the real thing", he said.
"That girl must be special to you", Asia said.
"She was", Zay said.
"But there's many girls with other personalities that may be just as great", Asia said.
Zay nods.
Jakobi walks in the house and pauses when he sees Zay.
"Hey. Dang I ain't see you since you was a baby", Zay said.
"Zay Taylor. The Zay Taylor? NBA, Los Angeles Lakers Zay Taylor ?", Jakobi asked.
"In the flesh", Zay said.
"Mom you know him???", Jakobi said.
"He's my homeboy from high school", Asia said.
"Dang", Jakobi walks to Zay and daps him up. "Nice to meet you. Huge fan"
Zay chuckles. "Thanks... you ready to practice? Got a house down here, it has a gym inside"
"Woah.. you need to come down here more often", Jakobi said. "But yea I'm ready", he said.
"Iight", Zay said.
"Be- ", Asia was cut off.
"I'll be sure he's safe Asia. Yes, you told me that five times already", he said.
Asia smiles.
Zay chuckles. "She always like this?", Zay asked.
"Since I can remember man", Jakobi said.
"Oh hush", Asia said.
Zay and Jakobi leaves and Asia shuts the door
Nicole walks down the stairs.
"Someone is finally up", Asia said.
"I couldn't sleep last night.. again", Nicole said.
"The dreams are coming back?", Asia asked.
Nicole nods.
"You wanna know what helped me when I had my dreams?", Asia asked.
"I'll take anything", Nicole said as she sat down.
